I haven’t had a pedicure in 7 years. I was feeling sad today, so i decided last minute to get my nails done! First off the salon was gorgeous! They even have seats for kids to get pedicures, so I want to bring my daughter with me next time. Ben did my pedicure, and he was so nice! The whole process was amazing. Super hot water and towels really helped me relax. Ben even asked how I was doing, I told him a little about what’s going on in my life. And he told me about his, so I wouldn’t feel so alone. I’ll definitely be back and I’m so grateful that I chose The Nail Spa today. THANK YOU 🤍🤍🤍

Nails are done alright but the ladies that do the nails are rude. Ive been there twice and both times it hasnt been a great experience dealing with the nail technicians.

This establishment is highly unprofessional and rude. They do not have quality work & will over charge. The staff is extremely disrespectful and racist. I DO NOT recommend you to waste your time or hard earned money!

Went in while in town for a quick visit, needed a pedicure/gel polish and dip powder redo for my nails. Should have gone elsewhere. The powder job on my nails is not smooth, she didn’t clean my nails well, and didn’t take the powder evenly to the base of my cuticles across my nails. I didn’t want to embarrass the tech so I called immediately after walking out to request a portion of the money paid; they refused. Offered for me to come back so they could “fix it” but I communicated several times while she was in the process of doing my nails that they did not look finished. Not to mention that my daughter and I had already spent two hours in the nail salon, and my daughter was hungry and tired. Pedicure was also not good; it was rushed and quick, “massage” was all of five seconds. Too many other salons in the vicinity to waste your time, and money, here. Walk a few more steps or drive another minute away for better treatments and services. Bad business. I would not recommend.

Young lady was very nice. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, but I felt a little more cleaning of the toe nail's themselves could have been done..I'm satisfied though

I was so excited to go today and get my nails done I’ve been once but it’s been a little while since I could afford to go. I got a tech that’s heavily pregnant so I’m like ok cool we can talk about babies and stuff and have a great time. You could immediately tell she didn’t want to be there she has her drill on high blast to get it done on my natural nail it burnt so bad and I told her twice and she kept doing it. I told her square but I have wide nail beds to file just a little more on the sides more than once. She filed the square shape on top never touched sides again instead spoke in her language and refused to try to fix it for me. She was pulling on my hands and didn’t even wait for the gel dryer to get halfway done on each hand before pulling them out. I told her gel French tip I wanted it wide she did it her way and got mad and spoke to her friend really fast I couldn’t understand as she fixed it. I’m sorry I upset her and I’m so bummed bc I hate my nails for 56 dollars to hate them really bums me out.

Worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. Not only did I go back to fix an issue with my toes that instantly chipped when I left two days ago I decided to spend more money on my nails. Bad decision. I'll never step foot back in the salon again. I sat at booth 6 and felt so uncomfortable during the whole service. It's not my fault that the polish chipped. Nor should I have to feel uncomfortable about the color choice I decided upon. I work in the medical field and wanted a simple elegant look for my graduation and was asked several times if the color that I asked for was really what I wanted while the woman in the booth next to me looked me up an down. The manicure I received felt rushed but I still tipped 20% however I will not be back. It's not okay to treat people that way.

My daughter went here today per her roommate's suggestion. Unfortunately, she had a terrible experience. Not only were the gel nails thickly applied and lumpy, the technician failed to cut the cuticle and left polish all over the skin. Despite her dissatisfaction, she still left a 20% tip. She immediately called me from the car and explained the situation. I told her to go back in and ask them to remove the gel nails. The owner was rude and refused, and told her the paint would come off in the shower. She ended up going to Venus nail salon and they fixed her nails for $10 plus tip. My college age daughter does not recommend this nail salon.

My first visit was ok pedicure was great but gel nails started peeling after a week. My 2nd visit decided to go back and tell them how long the gel lasted. I had a different person and she apologized for that experience. This is about 5 weeks later, and I put a photo below, they have not chipped or broken, and are growing like crazy! Jesse is amazing she listened to me and made sure I was happy. Everyone isn't good, but they have some that are amazing. So happy I went back to try again.

AMAZING SERVICE IN GAINESVILLE! this was my first time going and I was hesitant of it being overly expensive but that was NOT THE CASE. Wonderful staff and was able to do a fill in + classic pedicure on a Saturday. This will definitely be my go to nail salon in Gainesville!!!!❤️❤️❤️

Always a great experience and I always leave more than satisfied. Kenny is wonderful and nails any request I have had! Anna is also a great nail tech. Angela was so patient and kind to my 2 year old daughter when I brought her in for a mommy and me spa day. The longevity and quality of the work they produce is exceptional.

By far the WORST gel manicure I have ever had. The guy doing it was in such a hurry. They never had me wash my hands while doing my nails which I have never experienced. When I asked the guy a question he didn’t respond. Then I had to go back to him after he was done to have him get nail polish off my skin. Don’t waste your time. GO ELSEWHERE!

I went for a pedicure and got the organic deluxe (I think). I don't remember the woman's name but she was very attentive and nice. I did gel polish anId the removal was very quick. I was going to a nearby salon that was double the price for half the experience. I received 3 different leg and foot massages, my callouses and dead skin was thoroughly removed and I had perfect gel polish with no run off or redo! Definitely returning!

Kevin is the best. He is always accommodating my schedule and works diligently. He pays attention to detail and my dip nails usually last 3-5 weeks. He is awesome. Thanks for the great service always.

Look I’m not one to really ever leave a bad review but this is a shame after sitting for almost 4 hrs and $250 down the drain to have mine and my mothers feet and our nails done 💅 mine where fill ins btw and my mother had a new set they didn’t do the colors and length we asked for we voiced our concerns during the process they didn’t do anything to make it right so I said enough is enough so please recommendations for a new nail salon only good thing I will say is if you can get Lee at chair 11 your in good hands🤩

Lyly was not a very receptive or understanding nail tech. I showed several pictures of what shape/color/design I was going for. One was a short coffin/ballerina shape, and she said that she couldn’t do it, to which the rational response would be “let me find a tech who can do this because you’re paying for this” but we ended up compromising on a longer nail, same shape. It took four times verifying with me that it was the right shape, also a few glances back at the pictures to get the nail even close to what I was aiming for. Also this particular shape was an extra $5 when it’s no more sculpting than a stiletto. She did tell me that there would be a charge for the shape, but she did not mention that there was a nail art charge, nor that French tip was considered to be nail art and was an extra $15 (if I remember correctly). Lyly also drew blood three times while doing my nails, once with the dremmel, once with scissors, and once with the file. Her words verbatim when I flinched my finger after being sliced by the scissors “I don’t cut people” and then she wiped the blood off with the towel. My mother accompanied me to the salon, and we had a coupon voucher. The voucher was only able to be used at the Ocala location, which was not mentioned anywhere on the paper, and we were told that we should’ve been told that when purchased, but this was a gift. So while it’s not their fault we weren’t aware, the coupons are not fully informative in the cases of a gift or honestly it may not have even been mentioned when purchased, I can’t be sure. Whatever polish they used on my mom’s nails (in January) has effected them to this day. They will not grow to their normal length and are peeling off in layers still. It could be that her nails just don’t like that type of polish, but gel has never been a problem of hers before, and I doubt that there’s not more people with a potential sensitivity or reaction to this brand or type of polish, so it creates a curiosity and hesitation concerning the products they use. Overall, Lyly was pretty unprofessional and not really customer conscientious. The company as a whole isn’t that customer friendly and doesn’t really cater to the general public, and clearly they hire people who could be a bit more accommodating to customers, particularly the clearly inexperienced ones that yknow, may not come back now. Do not recommend. There’s definitely places in town to get better results and a better experience for literally a fraction of the price

One of the male nail techs were very rude and condescending. The nail job was okay, but I felt uncomfortable having him as my tech because of the comments. Mix that with having an attitude and arguments whenever I asked if some thing can be fixed, I won’t be coming back.

The location is spacious and they have the capability to service many at one time. Just make sure that you have someone who is friendly when they come for you to seat you. If they are not, ask for someone who enjoys their job and then you will have a good experience.

They were friendly but my pedicure was not great. My feet still felt super rough when I got home. Was not impressed with my eyebrow waxing either.

Worst nail place I’ve ever gone to. When I was getting my nails done I had to argue with the guy to make my nails straight because he insisted he hadn’t filed them crooked and then when they were done they looked horrible and I had to beg them to try to make them a little better. Now less than a week later I already have 5 that have broke or chipped. Really terrible nails would never go back.

Angela does a wonderful job on my toe nails which present a challenge with some thickened nails. Place is very clean and spacious. My husband likes his pedicure too! My only recommendation would be a different video screen selection. Not sure if they have TV option like HGTV? The music is weird with sensuous photography of singers. So just bring your smart phone and view other things!

Disappointed. Nail tech completed acrylic fill with dirty tools, nail station was also messy and not cleaned from previous client. I was charged above the listed price (more with each appointment over the last few months for the same service). Additional charge (more than usual) for a “cut down” using an old worn out sanding band, but she didn’t make them short enough, and ignored my request for them to be shortened. Ignored again when asking about the color being more orange than the sample (she was too busy with a personal conversation). Held my hand while carrying on said conversation and barely buffing my nails and skin between statements. Did not clean up cuticles, and missed large areas on the side of the nails with polish. Half fixed issue with the debris in the top coat.

UPDATE.. Went today, and wow, Lee worked on my nails, and he did an amazing job!! It was not bad. Lily did my nails, and she did a really great job. I called spur of the moment, and they took me right away. The only reason not giving a 5 is because when I get my nails filled, they never charge to make them shorter. When I went to pay, there was a charge for getting them cut back. I was a little taken back with that.
