Newish to town and looking for my regular nail salon. I tried this shop first. Steve did my nails, he did a great job, and the salon was nice. The experience was pleasant. I was told both when I came in to initially check out the place and when I called to make the appointment that it would cost $45. When I went to pay, he told me it was $60. I asked what the extra charges were for, and he said because of the shaping and the length, because he said they were a little longer than they normally do. I felt like both were fairly standard, especially since I asked for the length to be “on the shorter side of medium”. Charging extra for the length felt dishonest to me. I paid $70 after tipping. It’s the same as what I pay in salons in bigger cities, but it wasn’t what I’d expected, so it was a bit off-putting. For that reason, I will try out some of the other places in town. They did good work and I think I’d go back, but I’d be sure to confirm the charges before they got started next time.

I called and got right in when I needed which was very nice for a full set of nails. I had never been here before and at first every thing was great. I got a full set and painted the way I wanted. I thought they looked great so my bill was $50 & then I add $10 tip on. I had them done a day before I left for a trip. As soon as I get to my hotel one fell completely off and by 3 days later they all had fallen off. A complete waste of money and my time.

I really wish I could remember his name but I am terrible with names...I will for sure not forget it the next time I go! The nice gentleman, who I believe is the co-owner, did my nails and did such a great job! He asked me many thoughtful questions to make sure he did what I wanted. I see no flaws at all in the application and I just can tell I will have zero "lifting" around the gel and acrylic as my nails grow out. He helped me pick out colors and was a real joy to talk to. I loved my experience and will definitely be going back!

Set up an appointment here got told I didn’t have an appointment upon arrival and I’m not from this town so it was a big waste of time . I have a call log history from this number of a phone call over a minute long so I know that this was place I set up an appointment

I absolutely loved this place! The only thing is that they would always tell me that they can never get me in for a fresh set, only fills. Therefore, after about 4 times going to them and getting my nails filled, my nails started hurting super bad to where I had to take them off myself. My nail bed is now lifting and some of my nails a turning green.

The manager/boss would not fix my design that he did he just kept wiping it amd smearing it and then kept going over it. And the other design is all cracked and the nail polish isn't the cracked polish.

I scheduled a appointment nearly 5 weeks in advance. I have a wedding coming up and I wanted to make sure I was on Steve's schedule. I was. Then the week before the appointment I received a call from a lady there and she said I would have to come at a different time and day or cancel my appointment that "Steve was not there on Thursdays, he goes to pick his kids up." I asked why did he schedule me then? She had no explanation just rudely said you can't come that day OK. We hung up. I was very annoyed bu this so a few hours later I called the shop back and Steve answered, I asked him why I was scheduled and lead to believe I had an appointment for a very important event, then to be canceled? He said Oh I will move some things around and call you back, I said OK. We hung up. 3 days went by and nothing. I called and left a message that someone needed to call me and tell me if I did or did not have an appointment. I got a message later that night from Steve. VERY RUDE message I might ad. "I can't do your nails if I'm not there, right?" Please do not come on Thursday nights, I am not there. Call to reschedule. As you can probably guess, I WILL NOT ever go there. I have an appointment elsewhere in Macomb, that hopefully values my business more than Steve does.

I would like to preface this review by saying I have had a social media account for 10 years, and I believe this is my first negative review I’ve ever written. Because 10 years is a long time to remember every single thing I’ve ever posted, I will be on the safe side and say it has most definitely been less than three. So with that being said, I would give a review of zero stars if I could. One of the women who owns this establishment was extremely rude. I went in there last night to get a quick polish change on my toes so I was only there for about 20 minutes. In that time, she made a point to scold the employee who was polishing my toes. This lasted for a few minutes, and it was uncomfortable to say the least. Her voice kept rising as she was stepping towards her, and then another manicurist stood up from her chair and repeated to the woman polishing my toes what the owner was saying. It was apparent the owners/employees were disgruntled regarding the schedule with the woman working on my toes. Obviously, a schedule issue, and the availability of when the woman working on my toes could work was not something that needed to be discussed right then and there, especially not in a heated way. I would like to mention I also had my middle school son with me, and it made him nervous. I do not normally bring my child with me to get a pedicure, but while we were out running errands he was with me to get a quick polish change. While my polish was drying, the owner and the employee went into a back room where the owner was yelling at her for everyone to hear. I realize all work places have issues and bad days. However, once my husband pulled up I sent my son out ahead of me, and I addressed my concerns with the owner explaining that I thought her behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. Before I could get that one sentence out she stopped me and let me know that the employee was her niece, and she could talk to her however she wanted. I assured her that I was not trying to control the way she was talking to her, but letting her know that doing it in front of customers was unprofessional and inappropriate. I told her that however she talks to her niece is her niece’s responsibility to decide what she will or will not accept, but that my concern was it being done in front of me and my child and every other customer. She did not care about my concerns and in a loud voice told me that they are all family and talk to each other like that all the time and that’s just the way it is. When I reiterated that she most definitely should not of been acting that way in front of a child she said, “Tell your son sorry,” but in a way where she was rolling her eyes, flipping her hands, and most definitely not sorry. Then she turned her back to me. That is supposed to be a place of relaxation, and there was nothing peaceful or tranquil there. There are too many nail places in Macomb for them to be acting like that, because competition is high. I will never be back nor would I recommend them to anyone. It’s unfortunate, because I like to build up and promote small businesses. I will say the woman who polished my toes was warm, personable, and we had a fun conversation. I kept talking to her so she didn’t feel embarrassed by what had happened. I’m sad this is the way a quick polish change worked out.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have always come here when visiting my daughter and have generally been pleased. I recently asked my daughter to make an appointment and she was treated very rudely. She had the call on speaker phone and I couldn’t believe what I was hearing!! The woman was very condescending and flip! How this place stays in business is beyond me ! As a professional, I know customers expect and deserve to be treated with respect. You need to worry more about customer service than than how many customers you can cram in to make more money. Just remember word of mouth can ruin a business especially in a small town.

These people are rude. I have tried to walk in to get my nails done here several times. Each time they tell me they are booked up all day or all week long. When I try to call in to schedule an appointment they never answer the phone. Other friends of mine recommended this place to me because they were able to walk in and get their nails done. I'm not sure why I get the runaround all the time but apparently they don't want value customers.
