I’ve been here a few times and they always do what they want, not what I ask for.. I asked for French acrylic pedicure about 5 times and the lady just went on to do what she wanted saying my nails are already squared… that’s not what I said… she tried to cure the French tip with blob lines when I thought to myself I know she is not about to cure them like this, and spoke up. they were still terrible & I’m just not going back here.aside from this there’s this girl with curly hair here that’s extremely rude when I’ve gotten my manicure acrylic nails, she makes me and others uncomfortable and she also does whatever she wants and not what I asked for.

I got cat eye pink acrylic nails which were lumpy but still pretty. The pedicure was fine my feet were exfoliated and toes painted. The last service was the eyebrow wax which was perfect no burns or wax residue..The only issue was that when I paid $94 not sure the exact price for nails pedicure and wax..after I left I get a call from the salon saying they forgot to charge me the wax which they could charge as a tip so extra $20 for eyebrow wax 👀 Definitely felt suspicious Im always for paying people for their work but this fell very suspicious! Becausw of that I wont go back.

The technicians were sweet but the one who did my nails did not do a good job. My nails are all different sizes and the shape is off. The lady who did my daughter’s nails did an amazing job.

Beautiful salon and the best customer service. Been going to Yanadira for 2 years now and she is the best for pedicures, manicures, and waxing. Estella is also amazing at hair cuts & color 🩷

Good experience with the hairstyle services. Environment is clean. Bad experience with waxing services. The technician burned my lips with the wax. Now, I have burn wounds on my face that will take a week or two to heal.

I have been going to this salon for a few months now. It is super clean, calm, relaxing, not over crowded, and I always get excellent service. I never feel as I am getting a rushed job. I love this salon and highly recommend it! I have gotten nails, pedicures, waxing, and hair color done here.

Nice work very elegant place but today i was very disappointed i made an appointment at 4:30 for a fullset and pedi we finished my fullset by 6 and they told me they weren’t going to be able to do my pedi even though they had an hr. They made it seem like it was my fault because I didn’t specify i wanted nail art( french tip) when i booked which i booked through the phone and they did not ask me. This place does not go over and beyond for its clients. For me they just wanted to leave early and not stay after hours.
