Terrible customer service and the parking lot is full of loose carts. I would not even park a bicycle here. Terrible experience here!

This was my first time receiving service from this facility. I walked in and it was empty. The technician that completed my pedicure wasn’t friendly or communicative. She almost seemed bothered that I was there. They had a wide variety of colors, but the gel color that I chose wasn’t available. There was an outdated massage chair that was complicated to understand and receive no assistance .The same tool that was used to push my cuticles back was used to Unplug the water tank. Once my cuticles were clipped, the clippers were not cleaned or sanitized, she just placed a top over them and put them in a drawer. I would not recommend and I will not be returning.

Totally not happy. I didnt like how Tina spoke to her co worker. I didn't like she talked us into getting gel and less thank 24 hours nails done for. And on the phone video. Way too over priced. Will never ANS I MEAN NEVER GO BACK!

Both of us had pedicures- so 2 out of the 3 people working. The owner was friendly and nice. We were very pleased with service.

I started going here a few months ago. It’s easy to get to and the dip powder stays on for weeks so I kept putting up with the horrible customer service. I don’t have hours to waste while the tech(the owner) checks every jar several times to find the color I asked for. This happens EVERY time I’ve been there. I don’t know why they’re not in numerical order. Once I waited 35 minutes for the owner to finish with another customer. The owner was talking to a lady that turns out to be a nail tech that works in the salon. Why didn’t that tech at least get me started by removing my old polish? Today, the owner was on her phone texting while she looked for the color I wanted, didn’t find it but found something close. She continues texting throughout the appointment. I feel sorry for the other techs that work there because the owner’s lack of organization and or customer service are going to send people away. I won’t go back. The owner also dresses inappropriately for work.

My daughter and i went to get a Mani and a Pedicure for my daughter's wedding. The owner talked us into Gel which I didn't want. She said they won't chip and will stay shiny for weeks. I had a French design. The owner was doing a video chat while she worked on my daughter's nails for a long time. And guess what by the time I got home my thumb nail had chipped. By the next day two more nails had chipped. I was so disappointed. I had to go out and buy white nail polish to cover up the chips for the wedding. My nails looked terrible. I paid over $200 to get both of our nails done. The salon was empty and now I know why.

Now I went here to have a relaxed day 😶‍🌫️it was fine until I go to 🙄sit down and go get my nails & toes done should have stayed home why u say I feel like this lady with black curly hair wears a lot of jewelry I'm not going to put nobody's government name out there by the description you know who you are 😡was too rough with my hands so I tried to overlook it and then continues to work on my hand hurts my thumb and I snatched my hand that hurts and she pulls my hand back aggressively and pushes the spot where I said it hurts😡 where she filed too far why would you push there if someone says it hurts🤨 you continuously aggressive with my hand I continuous to try to bear with the situation I should have spoke up more🤔 I continue to let this lady do my eyebrows why close my eyes🤦 and i look in the mirror when I get home I feel like it was more of my eyebrow arched off oh Lord😤 and then my toes are not as best as what I would like them tries to put acrylic on my toes and I like the artificial toenail on my toe with the acrylic she puts it without it and it I tell her it doesn't look right 👀and she didn't even take all the acrylic off before she puts the artificial nail on my toe so I feel like my toes does not look as best as I have had them done before I walked out this store paying ✊🏾💰$113 I should not have had such a bad experience 😡I don't even know this lady what's the problem I will not return or recommend🤬 only reason this store got three stars it's because the owner was very welcoming and the store was very clean

I went to get my polish taken off and then repainted. The women who did my nails did a horrible job. They items they use are not clean. I got a nail fungus which I have never had before. I will never go back. Waste of time and money.

Worse nail place I’ve been too, kids running around, people aren’t friendly -I would not recommend, take the drive to Sebring. Kids, running and playing where you want to go in and relax. Place felt dirty

This place is just amazing, and everyone was just so nice, and I'm 100% Happy with my nails,as well as eye brows. This will deffently be my new spot.
