Ryley was amazing!! This is my second facial and I will be back soon!Ryley did such an amazing job. I got the tension release facial and scalp massage after a really stressful year. This was a perfect way to start my 2025. especially the bitter cold week my skin has been very dull and dry and this is brought back your life but nothing other than the beach thanks, Ryley🤩

I have gone to Mint Facial 3 times now. I am super happy with the results, all of my friends say my skin is glowing. These chemical peels are doing wonders and this is all thanks to Kaity for recommending these chemical peels. Utah is super dry and my skin was struggling a little and this is really helpful. Katie does a wonderful job for my face

Reyna was so kind, awesome, and knowledgeable! This was my first ever facial and she made it the best experience. I felt like a new person walking out after the peppermint scalp massage! I will definitely be returning!

My skin looks incredible because of the care that Kaity has given to my skin. She gives incredible facials! When I left this time I went all day without any makeup and my face looked great. I never do that and yet, Kaity has made such a difference in my skin, that I can!!! She is the best! I love the Mint Facial Bar. So glad you are in Salt Lake.

Don’t even hesitate when thinking about booking an appointment here! I have had the pleasure of having 2 facials, scalp treatment and facial workout with Ana and WOW. She is amazing, she takes her time, is extremely knowledgeable and its obvious she has you and your skins best interest at heart! My skin feels amazing and it’s one of the most relaxing facials I have ever had. Seriously book with Ana you will not be disappointed.

I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my experience was! This location was clean and the staff were so welcoming when I arrived. Once it was my turn, Kaity did a great job of explaining what they were going to do and letting me know if the temperature was going to be hotter/colder. She was kind and gave a great facial! Madé was amazing! she explained the process and made me feel so comfortable for my first Botox appointment which I was so nervous for but as a nurse your girl needed it. Honestly it felt like little pinches but nothing too crazy, getting my eyebrows microbladed hurt worse and I was numbed for that! but I 1000% would recommend the mint bar for all the things. Botox, facials, I have sensitive skin and love that they have the no peel chemical peels.

My facial itself was fine, but there were some frustrating dynamics that have me not planning to return. It was my first facial with Mint which was supposed to include a "skin imaging analysis." My facialist told me to lay down and she'd "look at what's going on" after cleansing. I assumed this meant the analysis but after cleansing she just kept doing the facial. She never actually even told me what it was she was seeing as concerns, and mostly just talked to me the whole time about other things (normally that's fine but I'm here to learn about what's going on with my skin). Near the end of the facial she said "we can do your imaging at your second facial" which felt so scammy to me but the facial was almost already over so I wasn't going to push for it then. She then offered at the very end of the facial to do it right then but I would have assumed that the imaging results would have informed the facial I just had so I declined, as it felt like a waste at that point. I only left with product recommendations and no in-depth explanation about why I needed certain products other than just "congestion," which wasn't even mentioned during the facial itself. Unfortunately, I will not be returning so the analysis that was promised in my second session will not be happening. Maybe you just need to remind them to do the analysis? Not sure, but I hope you have better luck than me and feel like you get your money's worth.

My first appointment, I tried a lash lift and tiny with Alyssa and got Tox and a mini Lip with Madé - both ladies made me feel so comfortable! They both thoroughly explained each treatment and care instructions, plus I got a little face and scalp pampering. Great location and cute shop - can’t recommend highly enough!

This was my second time coming here and it was lovely! I saw Alyssa both times and she was super helpful and friendly. We did a facial and brow tint. Alyssa did a great job of explaining each step and checking in to make sure I was doing okay and liked my results. The salon is also very cute and clean. Highly recommend!

The services I received were an eyebrow wax, facial workout, and the scalp treatment. The staff and girls were very nice & friendly. The brow wax was great, but my issue was the facial. Every other facial I have ever received from a spa/med spa, I’m in a private room, undressed. At this spa, everyone getting a facial is in the same room. You are also dressed, so it was hard to massage my neck & chest, etc. It’s also the same room as the reception, so you can hear customers coming in and out, as well as phone calls from the front desk. Maybe I was unsure what I booked, but for my facial she only put about 2-3 products on my face, and it was only 30 minutes. The scalp treatment was just okay. They were also playing what sounded like radio music, which was a bit distracting. The esthetician did a good job, but overall I did not leave feeling relaxed.
