Dont waste your time. They are not taking new clients. I had been going there for 15 years and was told I could not make an appointment since I hadn't been there in 2 years (I've been growing out my hair). They would consider me a new client and "simply can't fit me in." So much for being a loyal customer.

I called and was asked to hold I said ok and was not put on hold but instead hung up on I called again she said the same thing I said you told me to hold a second ago and hung up instead and in response she hung up again.

I love coming to The Look! I'm always greeted in a friendly, welcoming manner and offered a cup of tea or glass of water. My hairstylist, Trina, really knows my hair, and my personal style, and does everything she can to make sure that I am fully satisfied before I walk out the door. I've gotten several facials there too, and the experience is wonderful, I love Aveda products! I have no reservations about recommending The Look to anyone.

I hadn't had a haircut since the start of the pandemic (over a year) and needed a haircut...bad.. I told the stylist that I wanted a new style, but I didn't know what style. At first I really hated the cut and the style she gave me, but I've since parted my hair on the side, did a little flourish with the curling iron and, viola. I keep getting compliments on it. So try The Look. You may may come out looking even better and be more happy than what you initially expected.

I have been going to The Look for many years. The staff and the products are wonderful, and I’ve loved every haircut I’ve received. Chrisann is my stylist and she’s the best. I also had my hair styled here for my wedding by Lisa and I couldn’t have been happier.

I Booked an appointment with The Look for a hair cut. Staff offered tea and were sorta nice.I have been looking for a hair stylist who is artsy and unafraid the deviate from the salon institute way of cookie cutter cutting, however I was to leave empty handed from this salon. I can not speak for their color, however i am sure if you want a basic cut this place is fine.

I had been box dying my hair red for 3 years straight and needed to go back to blonde on short notice. Ari saw me that day and did an amazing job of getting me to a two tone ash blonde. The prices were really reasonable and I had a great time getting it done. I just found my new salon!

Im so satisfied with my experience! We had a fiasco when the dye tyrned my hair green but everything was fixed, Alyssa was so nice along with others working in the salon and my hair looks amazing! Alyssa worked hard to make sure i got what i wanted and the pruce was good too. Get your hair cut here!

Went here for the first time to get a cut and hair my hair dyed back to my natural color (or close to it) the staff were super friendly and nice. I explained what I wanted done to my hair and in the end it turned out very nicely. Before I we started I verified the prices of everything that was being done but in the end was charged way more than what I was originally told. I didn't question it because I was happy with the service. Not even a week later my color had faded and my hair was two toned. I went back and showed them what had happened and they offered to fix it and do a complimentary treatment but I had to schedule another appointment and I had to pay again to have my hair recolored. They had told me that it faded so quickly because I washed it more than twice and because of a product I was using on my hair that I've never had a problem with before.
