* I was so excited to try this salon, but I was sorely disappointed. The eyelash extensions were applied unevenly and the glue was applied too close to my eyelid, causing discomfort and irritation. Many of the extensions fell out within a week, despite following all aftercare instructions. I would not recommend this place.

* The technician seemed rushed and the overall experience was unpleasant. The lashes looked great at first, but the quality was poor and they didn't last. The salon was also not very accommodating when I expressed my concerns.

Now that the owner has explained that I had a 4 week refill and not a 3 week refill, I will rate them 4 stars. They do great work with eyelashes and the environment is very clean and relaxing. However, they need to work on good customer service by being polite. The owner’s response to my previous post was rather rude and unfriendly. Instead of helping me come to the realization that I had the misunderstanding with my timeline, they responded rudely. However, if the employee had good customer service that day I was in there, they would have taken the time to explain that to me in the salon that it was 4weeks not 3 weeks and everything would’ve been fine. 4 stars from me for now because of work quality and environment. If the employees work on responding better to customers, they would eventually get 5 stars from me.

i have been going to Lash Bar for more than a year now..my tech Ally has always been very kind.. and consistent.. she is never not there.. when i travel..i have never had to go to another salon for repair.. she is amazing👍 .. spa atmosphere

Upon arrival to the salon, the receptionist was kind and open to what I had wanted. I’m not well versed with eyelash extensions, but the receptionist was patient and explained how certain lashes would look. Ally was the technician that did my lashes - she was extremely careful, patient, and kind during the whole process and my lashes came out exactly how I wanted. Other techs I’ve went to in the past usually made my lashes look too thick, but the whole team made sure to have results that aligned with my vision. First time customers also get a 50% off discount, I would definitely do business here again.

I have been coming here for years. Since ownership changed nothing is the same. It used to be a quiet, nice, relaxing environment. Now apart from the fact that the staff is not welcoming, but there are constant cross talking and loud commenting between staff obviously on their own language. I never had any issues when they removed my eyelashes or with their products. This last time I jumped couple of times as it was painful, and I came out with red burning eyes. I also had a discussion about charges. They were truly rude. They not only lost me as a client, but will loose all of those I have recommended in the past since they had the same issues as well.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I recommend The Lash Bar to everyone. I consistently get compliments on my lashes because they look full, but natural. The service is fantastic, as they really pay attention to your needs. I have to constantly change appt times because of my schedule and they are accommodating always. I look great each time I’m done. I have used this location in the past and was quite impressed.Unfortunately today's experience I will never forget and find them to be not customer friendly. I called a couple of times to schedule an appointment and it was always a voicemail with no one calling back I finally was able to get an appointment, I explain to the gentleman that I will be coming from a far destination and ask if 6 PM would be too late I was told no it's told no after driving an hour and a 1/2 and sitting in traffic I was told because I arrived at 6:18 they were no longer able to do my eye service because they would have to drive everyone back to New York york and they close at 7. Mind you I called while in traffic told them what my GPS told me for timing. Why would you waste anyone's time and gas.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I got my lashes done yesterday and within an hour after the service, I could not see, my eyes were bloodshot, tearing profusely, and my lashes were falling out (a full on reaction to the service). I decided to take a closer look at my eye and there was glue and a piece of hair (not my color hair) in my right eye. I called my eye doctor and he told me it was an infection from either the tools they used or the amount of glue that entered my eye from lack of precision (see photo attached - this was after rinsing/using eye drops). I returned the next day to immediately get them removed and the manager at the front desk told me it was not their fault. Not sure whose fault it was, because it was clearly NOT mine. For the removal of my lashes he then, proceeded to give me the same lady who put my lashes on to take them off. What kind of business is this? Blaming the customer and not taking responsibility is NOT a way to run a business. Will be sure to TELL EVERYONE NOT to go here!!! Horrible experience!!! Will definitely be looking for another reputable and responsible business to get my lashes done at. Absolutely absurd.

I love my lashes great job the sweet lady that did them. Excellent gentleman - owner at the front explaining the process each detail. Was extremely detail oriented. Very kind and very professional. Your place is clean and very relaxing. I was nervous at first but my niece recommended it to me and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend you try them!! Thank you for making me feel Pretty!!

My girlfriend did her extention eyelashes and they ripped her lower lashes with the sticky pad they put underneath. Now she has bold spots. Looks horrible
