Just got my eyebrows tinted and tweezed. The lady was very nice. But she took off way too much on my right eyebrow and they don’t match. I just don’t know how you can let someone walk out looking like that.

Update; the manager Lexie called to talk to me about my review. But instead told me she had a client and couldn’t talk, (just within a few minutes of calling her right back). Yet she went on and on, on the phone but as soon as I tried to calmly explain the problem, she got defensive, kept talking over me, then cut me off, yelled she would call back then she hung up on me and never called me back. That was a week ago. Thats what happens when you have kids running a shop. Not going back. The issue; I became a monthly member and my cc number was on file, so I got my lashes done here for several months. I began having problems with my card being charged member fees after I froze the account then I was being scheduled for appointments I never made even after my membership was cancelled. They are very unorganized and have made several mistakes on my account. If you don’t get cc notifications you’ll never know they are making mistakes and charging your account. I was told Jade made the last appointment mistake even though my account is closed. Wydarian is giggling on the phone while I’m explaining my situation. I’ve asked them to remove my credit card from my account. I hope it’s been done and not another “mistake”.

Wydarien (YD) is the BEST esthetician at this salon in my experience. My first tech didn’t properly explain lash cleansing care/techniques which led to my lashes health declining. I switched from her to Kerri who explained “lash bathes” in salon for $5 so we began doing so every so often. When kerri left she recommended YD. I am so thankful for Kerri & YD for doing such an amazing job caring my lashes. If you want an esthetician who cares for her clients natural lashes, please go to YD you won’t regret it!

I came in 2 weeks ago for a so classy set. My lashes recently started falling out. My real lashes are coming out with these CLUSTERS that were on my lashes. If i wanted clusters i would’ve gone on amazon and done it myself. I even told the girl i went the esthetician school and cosmetology school. This is not okay. Edit: They literally never contacted me. Nor would i want another set of lashes from this place ever. I’m still missing my lashes from these clumpy “fans” jade put on my lashes. My lashes weren’t isolated at all, nor did i go to another place right after i got them done here like what???

This is such a cute salon and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly! I've had a couple of appointments here and I have always been impressed with the cleanliness of the space and professionalism of the staff. I'm so glad I found this place! Love it!!!

I absolutely love this place and really enjoy their service. Everything was done professionally. I booked with a very nice lady named Journey, she greeted me and was extremely understanding of how I wanted my lashes done. You can tell she truly wants to make her clients as comfortable and happy as possible! She did my lashes exactly how I imagined! I will definitely be coming back regularly to book with her.

I just saw Michaela for the first time and had a great experience! She gave me a classic set of lash extensions. They are beautiful! So perfect for everyday me-but-better. Exactly what I wanted! And she was super fast! I was in and out in an hour with a full set of lashes. Impressive! I will definitely be recommending this salon and Michaela to everyone!

I went for a lash lift and it didn't hold. The girl doing the lash didn't put the product on long enough. 3 days later they looked like nothing was done. The manager said that I can come back 4 weeks later and pay again with only a 10% discount. I then emailed the owners who never responded. It's been 2 weeks since I emailed the owners. I am seeing from a past review that had the same issue get another service done for Free plus a $50 gift card. I wasn't offered this.

My experience at this studio was extremely disappointing. A few days ago, while I was in the waiting area, I overheard employees gossiping with their clients about other clients and expressing dissatisfaction with their workplace. This unprofessional behavior was audible even from where I was seated, and it was clear that they were preoccupied with their conversation, as they did not acknowledge my presence despite my patience. When I inquired about availability with a technician who was checking out a client, I was told to return at 7 PM because she was new and unsure. Due to the unprofessionalism displayed, I was hesitant to return but decided to give them another chance today, only to discover that they closed at 7 PM. Despite numerous attempts to schedule an appointment by phone, my calls went unanswered. It was apparent that the technician was unaware of the closing time, leading me to come to find the salon closed.
