I've gone to Jen to get my hair done for well over 10 years and I have always been beyond satisfied with my hair. I drive almost an hour to the salon and it is well worth it. She did two of my daughters hair for their proms and always received glowing compliments. She even did my daughters entire bridal party this past May. Not only is she super talented at updo's, her color skills are insane. As a busy parent, I appreciate how well my color grows out. I love being able to tell her to work her magic and always loving the end result. I appreciate that she is up to date on all the latest trends and always cares about the integrity of my hair.

Jen is the best! I love how well my color is always blended and I can go up to 6 months between color sessions. I appreciate the consistent awesome results and the ability to let her have creative freedom knowing it’s going to turn out looking great!

Jennifer is a hair genius! She is always learning about the chemistry of hair and what works best for her clients. Jennifer is a wealth of information on specific care for your hair - including how to get a NATURAL curl in my own fine hair which I’ve NEVER had before in my lifetime! My very first hair appointment, Jennifer worked for SIX HOURS changing my hair from (dyed) black to blonde/brown balayage! I look twenty years younger! She is so amazing! 🤩 You will never regret an appointment with Jennifer Lowe.

I made an appointment with her a month ago. 2.5 hours allotted. I wanted a blended color, not all over. What ive gotten my whole life. Its not rocket science. She texted me on her personal phone 2 days before asking for photos of my hair, what I wanted and photo inspiration. I did all this within 5 minutes. She then doesn't respond but instead on her work text (totally different number) says "appointment cannot be accommodated" and cancels. Said "not enough time". No talking about it, or responding like a human, no offering a color that would take less time because somehow she can't accomplish a color in 2.5 hours and no apologies. What if someone had a special occasion? How do you provide remotely decent customer service and cancel 2 days before after the person waited a month and then not acknowledge their existence? I'm not sure who this lady thinks she is but YOU WORK IN IOWA, you went to a regular school, nothing impressive but my issue is the lack of decency thats wild. What is wrong with her? I finally found my forever hair sylest!!! I knew she was the one after our very first phone conversation. I severly damaged my hair by using too high of heat and without heat protection products. Burnt a big chunk of my bangs off and my ends were broke like no other. Jenn took the time to train me on what I needed to do to get my hair healthy. Co washing techniques instead of shampooing everyday along with acidic bonding products. I began the process in late November. I wanted hair extentions in time for Christmas. Jenn assured me that this could happen if I followed her regimen. December 23rd was my big day...healthy long hair!!!! She knows her "stuff" for sure! I have never been happier with my hair! She helped me be more confident in myself by making me feel beautiful! And might I add that her coloring techniques are fabulous!! I trust her immensely... bombdiggity of a stylist Jenn is and such a beautiful soul! I could go on and on about her! Thank you Jenn for shinning your light on me!!! I love you bunches and bunches!!!

Jen is a color specialist! She is amazing at keeping your color natural so you don’t have to go in so often but also being relavent to the times and fashion. She is sweet as well! So you know she is your friend. I would recommend my friends and family use her!

She listens to my ideas, makes suggestions based on what she knows will work best for my hair and I always leave her salon looking great. Best experience I have had in years! I needed help! My color was not working in so many ways, I didn’t even realize how much it had completely washed out my eyes and complexion. I had no idea what I wanted or needed, I sent her a couple pics of my hair and she worked her magic! She took time to explain what I should do, tips and tricks for caring for my hair moving forward. I have never been given such amazing help and instructions. She truly is exceptional at what she does! She genuinely cares for her clients and it shows, you feel it! I highly recommend! My hair hasn’t looked this great in years!

I started going to Jen 2 yrs. ago and my hair was dry, dull, and to put it mildly in horrible condition. Jen has truly brought it back to life! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone! I am definitely a customer for life! ❤️❤️❤️

Jennifer has been taking care of my wife's hair for about 2 years now. I have noticed everytime she has an appointment her hair looks incredible. Her hair is healthy now and she doesn't complain about hair breaking off. Jennifer has taken the time to educate my wife about using products and washing and preparing techniques to benefit her hair. I am so happy that my wife goes to Jennifer and has found someone that has the education and knowledge to help her

I love going to see Jen! She is amazing in what she does, I would recommend her to everyone. I have known Jen, since our girls were in elementary together and now they are all in there 20’s. I have been going to her Salon, since she was in her Coralville, Iowa Salon. I will not go and see anyone else. Jen will ask me, what I want to do each time I go and I’ll say what do you think. She always knows what will look awesome on me. I trust her and her ability so much I will drive from Iowa City to Cedar Rapids just to see her and get my hair done! I've had a problem in the past with my hair holding color. My gray's would start peeking through within a week. That all changed when I finally found The Jennifer Lowe Salon! She conditioned my hair into shape and gave me dark shiny low lights and beautiful Carmel high lights that I asked for pieced just right!! I cannot thank her enough!!! She really pulled off a miracle which was a real challenge working with my hair!! I highly recommend her!

I’ve been going to Jennifer for my balayage for a few years now. I tell her to keep me on the blonde side, but feel free to do whatever she wants. She knocks it out of the park every single time! She’s the best at balayage hands down! Not only has she perfected her art, she’s one of the most genuinely nice and beautiful women that I’ve met. I highly recommend her salon!

Jen is by far the single best hair stylist I have ever had in my 63 years. She takes notes of my preferred hair color and styles, makes amazing recommendations which always turn out absolutely incredible. She always takes the time to explain exactly why I should follow certain hair care practices - which turn out to be spot on. Every. Single. Time. Jen’s skill and knowledge of hair coloring techniques are excellent due to the fact she regularly takes courses to stay up to date with trends, likes, and enhancements. There are not enough words to praise Jen’s work.

Jen is the absolute best! I can not say enough good things about her salon. She does an amazing job with my color, it grows out beautifully. So even when i occasionally wait a little to long for my next appointment, my hair still looks good. And her up-dos! My daughters always had the best prom hair! Exactly what they wanted and it was comfortable and never moved!!! My husband thinks I am crazy for driving almost an hour to get “my haircut”! But when you find the best ,why go anywhere else!!

Our whole family started going to Jenn almost 20 years ago. Over the years she has moved her salon, the last time several miles away, and we still continue to go to her as she does such a superb job of hair cutting and coloring. Jenn is awesome!
