I would not have felt safe enough to meet the edge without your guidance. I left a lot on the mat, and am so grateful. Thank you for providing the space for this positive transformation. I got so lucky and was able to get a same day appointment due to an opening b/c someone cancelled and I’m so happy I did! Very friendly and kind staff. Hilary was my massage therapist and she is very knowledgeable. She really listened to me explain the pain I’m dealing with and customized the treatment as well as provided some stretches to do at home. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment!

Shannon's breathwork class was wonderful -- relaxing, healing and informative! Having little prior experience with breathwork, Shannon was patient, attentive and shares helpful take-home practices. It was a peaceful setting and I left feeling at-ease and refreshed. Highly recommend!

Michael is such a talented sound healer, it was an amazing experience getting to attend his Sound Bath yesterday and see the way he guides the class through the session! He creates a very calming environment and I am definitely looking forward to more classes and sessions soon :)

Hilary is AMAZING! My daughter gifted me with a certificate to The Healing Sanctuary and it was just what I needed to work on some difficult spots. The therapeutic massage was incredible. Hilary was able to identify all of the areas that were compromised. The staff could not have been any more kind or professional! Thank you for making my day, week and month in just one hour!

So grateful for the "Healing Sanctuary" in Exton, PA. I feel better the moment I entire the building. Big shout out to Sam a gifted massage therapist. She is helping me heal my IT-Band issues. Sam is very intuitive, kind, patient, and good listener. P.S. I have taken a private meditation course, experienced the group sound bath class and tried the Healing Sanctuary's latest remedy for stress a "sound bed."

It was my first massage in a long time. Great experience, Meg was very professional she hit sore spots I didn't know I had I will be returning for another session next month I will bring my wife with me so she can have a nice massage. I had my first one on one sound and vibration therapy today with Michael. It was a very relaxing, peaceful, magical experience. The offices are very nice and the therapy tables are comfortable. The place has a safe and pleasing ambience. I do recommend The Healing Sanctuary and also Michael.

They are amazing. I love their philosophy and mission. The owner is very personable and kind. I’ve gotten Reiki with Kirsten a few times now. Her reiki is healing for your soul and energy. It is very personalized. Definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Sam for massage therapy and she does a great job addressing my needs and targeting areas for muscle work. The lasting effects of relaxation and good sleep last for many days afterwards. The overall environment of The Healing Sanctuary is calm and peaceful. I will continue to come back each month because of the exceptional service.

The soundbath with Michael was lovely. He is an intutitve drummer and genuine in his approach. Only 4 stars due to the overbearing and controlling approach to registering. How many emails and texts and calls does one need?!! And why was it so critical to know if there would be 4 or 5 people at a group soundbath? Only blankets needed to be set up. The fifth person is a cancer patient with frequent health crises, so last minute was his only option.
