Absolutely LOVED this experience. It was very calming, relaxing, friendly, and I felt truly pampered and nurtured by the body wrap and facial massage. Definitely will be back for the massages!

Must Go! See Terrell. When I say her place and that room transcends you into Heaven. Atmosphere so Serene, and calming. The scented oils and the hot rocks are very relaxing I promise you will Thank me later. Thank-you Terrell for what you do. Totally healing. I also got me a salt lamp( If you know, you know. If you don't then ask someone 🙏🏾) I'll be back

A call was made for a massage. Was told 4pm on Tuesday. When we arrived, notice on door out 1530hrs til 1600. We then left and came back sign says 1600 til 1630 now. So, we text as advised on window of business. When I knocked on door, a White Male said Thank You, but No Thank You. So I walked away....both of us are Military Veterans, so we can spend are Money ANYWHERE...But your establishment. Won't ever return

I bought my mother in law a gift certificate for Christmas. It is now the end of May. We have been trying to schedule her appointment. No one answers no one calls back. Then finally after 4 months of trying we get a text message about how they switched me messaging services and it's been a big misunderstanding. So by this time I get involved and let the owner Russell who is very unprofessional I want my money back. Instead of worrying bout making his customers happy all he cares about is the certificate # snice they have no record of my mother's name. Well come to find out they thought she was a different golira and thought they already did her services. He argued with me bout having a certificate I asked the man to meet me at his shop any time he could so I could get my 250 back and the man stated if I come to shop for refund he will call police. Man. Please don't deal t With these people waste of money and time worst ever. Will never try to buy another spa certificate again

Well it was... An experience. The massage was great although I paid for reflexology with it in a package deal and had to remind the masseuse to do it. She reluctantly did for a few minutes and then moved onto to my problem area which she thought was my neck and shoulders. Ok. The one issue I had was the near constant chatter from the masseuse. She had good intentions I believe, she was trying to be friendly, but it was extremely unnerving. No relaxation here.

What happened? I use to love going here. Now I get random emails from the owner that are very strange. Nothing to do with the spa. Ramblings about political things that don’t even make sense. It makes me very uncomfortable to go back. It’s sad to see this happen to a place I really enjoy.

When my massage began, the owner was a little sporadic. She seemed all over the place as far as the conversation topics goes. At first she started asking me questions then wouldn't let me finish answering them before jumping to another conversation topic. Then she brought up her abusive relationship with her father and how he treated her and her siblings when they were younger. She then continued to talk about how he is better now in his old age and how her husband and her take care of him. She then talked to me about her abusive first husband and how she waited two years to divorce him. Then she went back to asking me questions and wouldn't let me finish them. She then made a comment about how she prefers stronger people because they can handle her massages and she doesn't like having to lower her pressure and that she likes challenging her massages on people who can handle them. So it made me nervous to even ask her to ease up on the pressure so I just kept my mouth shut. I am one who prefers a quiet relaxing atmosphere when I get a massage, however, she just kept talking and talking. I felt like it was fast paced and that I couldn’t even enjoy it most the time. The only reason I gave them a two star instead of one is because the hot stones she used really did help loosen my muscles and brought me relaxation. .

If I could give Russell no star I would. The worst interaction I've had with a Spa ever!!!! Very poor communication, combative, and down right rude. Very surprised he's been in business so long. Very disappointing

Not pleased with the service I received. The women I was scheduled with is actually the owners daughter sad to say. She did not make me feel too comfortable at all I was already in a bad mood and I came for relaxation and I did not get what I payed for. I got the Jurlique Organic Facial which was only supposed to be an hour and it ended being an hour and 30 minutes. She put way to much product on my face took way too long and she didn't massage me properly she put no effort in and was careless. I left there with oily skin and I was concerned that my skin would look unappealing. Didn't do the proper extractions needed I really wanted to walk out and not pay for my service but they had already took my card info over the phone while making the appointment. Never will I return to such an uncomfortable establishment again.

what can I say...If I could give them no stars, I would for sure. Horrible business, No ethics and no flow of operations. Unethical on all levels! Scheduling scrambled, demeanor is awful from the phone to the actual experience. Start to finish, the worst experience with any massage! Not my first time having them. I will NEVER return in all of my days! POOR COMMUNICATION!

I love this place. Good prices and if you pay for 60 minutes... YOU GET 60 MINUTES! I had Tara for both my 3 hour spa package and my 90 minute deep tissue massage. She is amazing.

**DONT BUY THEIR GIFT CARDS** They printed a little piece of paper with a number on it and that was their “gift card/certificate”. We made the mistake of not using it right away and they even had all the details of the purchase (when, value, who it was for) and opted not to honor the card. “We’re welcome to make a reservation but will pay full price”. Shame on us for waiting too long for using it (they’re only valid for 6mo). Shame on them for having an elementary process and poor policy. Will be sure to mention NOT to go here anytime anyone asks for recommendations.
