Went there today to get my hair cut and showed the girl what I wanted. And explained to her also how I wanted it .she said ok. When I got home and washed my hair I looked in the mirror and was extremely disappointed. It's so terribly done. I wish she would have said she couldn't do it the way I asked and I would have understood 😕 😒

i went to get half my hair bleached and dyed to pink. WORST experience i ever had. there was spots of brown at the top of my head where the blonde was supposed to be!!! i paid $350 when i could have done a way better job myself for $10! really pathetic! never coming here again! my hair isn’t even pink it’s more like red!!!

Burnt hair touch up . decided to eat lunch instead of paying attention to detail had appointment at noon came in at appointment time keria decided to go pick up lunch at Vegas for everyone wasn't there 15 min. Came back from picking up lunch and decided to EAT lunch before taking care of my hair had product way too long! Brought timer our and said it's ready! Everyone in shop had their hair done and Left except me! I'm not stupid now My is growing e from being burned/ fried! Spent over 250 in 3 months not ever again won't be back can take my business elsewhere where I can spend my time and money not looking like a clown! Very embarrassing when people asked what is up with my hair! Now going somewhere else to spend my money since I don't have to get the bad treatment I received at this salon!!! And that's a fact
