I went to this spa a few months ago through a "Turkey neck" Facebook Special (as in "Get rid of your turkey neck for Thanksgiving"). I'm not sure what they used on me for about 30 minutes, but my jawline hurt for DAYS after, I saw absolutely NO difference, and a delightful (and beautiful) sales gal tried to upsell me $3-6K worth of services for the last 30 minutes of my first (and last) appointment. Nice location and decor though! 😀

I have permanent scarring on my face caused by the medical negligence of this spa operator. I have gone to both a plastic surgeon and dermatologist and both have said the scarring the IPL laser caused will take multiple procedures to reduce visibility and even filler in the deep pitted scar on my chin. But they also recommend I don’t do anything for a full 9 months which means living with scars on my cheeks, nose and chin until 2025. I pray the treatments to correct these scars left by the laser burns can be corrected. I would highly recommend you avoid IPL treatments and this spa. The Glow Spa, is the place to go for any treatment you may need. I had the best hydro facial and the best chemical peel for my hyper-pigmentation. The staff is amazing. Nico and Stephanie, have the best customer Service skill. They will do the best to get what you paid for. Nico, was always there answering my questions and returning my phone calls, where ever he was. Thank you! You are my go Spa.😊

Love their customer service. The nurses, owner are so nice ... The only reason why im putting a 2 star is because i payed over 3k for a package and did not get everything they promise me. I try to scheduele my last appointment for EMS and they said sorry Niko did not add this service to your package. I even took out the paper were he wrote everthing i was getting and still asked me to call back and talk to him. I have called and left voice messages with no response. Please make sure this doesnt happen to you because its been 9 weeks since i try making my last appointment and has not been able to resolve it.

Hands down the best place when it comes to the Body Science with new technology 🙌🙌🥂🥂 My experience at The Glow Med Spa in Encinitas was amazing! From the Staff, to the cleanliness and calmness of the place, the equipment, and the treatments; phenomenal 🥰🥰 I have went through Cyro Sculpting at another location and had a bad experience; including customer service. Not at all with this place who offers the same work needed with better technology and many more. #winwin I was greeted with staff who cared about my interests and took time to listen and help show their work for what treatment I needed. The manager, Jonathan was A+ at his recommendations and helped a plan that would beat for for me in what I needed, including taking the time out not only explaining but showing me in depth how it worked. He even helped utilize the most to work into my budget. He made sure from beginning to end that I was taken care of by communicating with his staff reassuring me every step of the way how I was going to leave there satisfied, and he was right! Heba who did the treatment and my facial was amazing 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 The results was a glow when I left I was getting compliments of how nicely my face hadthat glow. I will be returning soon for more treatments as my chin has shrunk and the contouring of my face is amazing . I will be doing the rest of my work here

I love this place. The owner Nico is probably the nice at person I have ever met in my life. They don't just try to sell you anything they really care about what's a good fit for you and what your goals are. They are realistic and so supportive. My estatician Heba is amazing. I'm doing the body contouring and she really focuses on the sculpting of problems areas to match my body type. I love her. She goes above and beyond and will even use her own phone to play relaxing music for me cause she knows I like to nap during our session!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Glow Med Spa for some sessions before my wedding, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was serene, clean and inviting, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Jenny at The Glow Med Spa is highly skilled and also incredibly attentive to my needs and preferences. She took the time to discuss my specific problem areas and ensured that the sessions were tailored to address those concerns. It was my first time doing something like this, but the pressure was just right and I felt the treatment worked as I spent the next couple of weeks following directions of drinking lots of water, staying hydrated and staying away from any fried foods. I felt the fat melt away as I enjoyed the soothing music and comfortable treatment room. I also feel it reduced bloating in my body, which was a plus. What truly stood out for me was the level of professionalism and care exhibited by Jenny. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and checked in with me to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable with the treatment. I had the best nap of my life and by the third time I was sleeping very well. Overall, my experience with The Glow Med Spa was rejuvenating, revitalizing & relaxing. I left feeling not only physically motivated to workout more and eat healthier, but also mentally refreshed. I’m really recommend this amazing spa! The service is wonderful! I did a pixel-8 RF and It's the best thing I've ever done to my face! My scars are gone, my face is smooth and glowing. I did 2 treatments and I have to do the last one in two weeks and I'm really excited! They are very professional and helpful. My mom did the Hifu and also the results are really good.

Wow! This place is great! I did the ultrasound and radio frequency treatment and another treatment to tighten skin and I definitely SEE MY TUMMY SHIRKING! And it's only been 3 days and it's a huge difference ! I bought the package and I have 5 treatments left! Super excited !!
