My experience here was terrible. The lash tech refused to do my lashes and had an awful attitude. Both the lash tech and the owner were extremely rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone. No customer should leave a business feeling dissatisfied without a solution. Save yourself the trouble and don’t waste your time here. I was very polite to your lash tech as well as to you. You admitted on the phone that you instructed her she can put small lashes at the end of my lashes, which was not an option she gave me. She said that she was unable to do my lashes and I was totally fine with that.I was intimidated by her that’s why I asked to speak with her boss. I do appreciate you giving me my money back. I will continue to go to NYlashbar where they do not discriminate.

Beautiful space and amazing service. I treated myself to the monthly special which far exceeded my expectations. The facial was glorious and Nicole did a beautiful job on my eyebrows plus the lash lift and tint. Can’t wait to return.

Floating Lotus has achieved the impossible: they make me look forward to having my brows waxed. I love coming here, it feels high end but intimate. Decor, lighting, music and vibe are so chill and clean. The staff are all amazing. And I’m obsessed with the scent of the facial wax. I never thought of myself as someone who would want to have her lashes done, but coming here for waxing, it feels irresistible and I’m better off for it. Love this place, highly recommend. “Came for the brow wax, stayed for the lash lift.” 🥰

Happy I found a place to do my eyebrows. I received my first mini eyelash set as well and love it. The staff answered all of my questions and concerns and helped me pick what was right for me.

Back from vacation and able to write my review. I chose Floating lotus because of the positive reviews. Despite it being 45 minutes away from me, I felt it would be worth the drive. I love that they worked with me and were able to squeeze me in when they were fully booked. It is beautiful and calming inside. The services I had included the pretty kitty, brow tint, and the classic lash extension. I initially loved the brow tint (my 1st), however it didn't last past 3 days. The one major complaint that I had was involving my lash extension. My esthetician and I agreed on a specific look but I did not receive that look. After she completed applying my lashes, she explained to me that because my natural lashes were thin and sparse she could not give me the lashes that I wanted because they would just fall off. I respect the explanation and I understand completely. My complaint is that this is something that she should have told me before applying the lashes, so that I can decide if I wanted to continue or not. I would not have continued with the lash extension had I known I wasn't getting what I wanted. I didn't like how my lashes looked at all and I felt like it was a waste of money. By the time my birthday came around 5 days later it did not look like I had anything done (lashes and brow). The pretty kitty treatment was nice and I received oil to take home. I also received a lash cleanser that was really nice.

I just started getting my lashes done this summer. Nicole has been fantastic and I love the results. I feel very relaxed and sometimes I take a mini nap while getting my lashes done. I highly recommend going. 💄💋

I love this place so much! I haven’t had a facial in forever and I forget how much I love them- especially with Amy. The whole space just calms you the second you walk in. Love, love, love it! And the owner Nicole is also super talented and given me my amazing brows and lip tint which has lasted years. Thank you Floating Lotus and Amy and Nicole!

I’ve been to Floating Lotus Lash Bar several times for brow waxing and shaping, and it’s always been a lovely experience. Recently, I decided to treat myself to a facial with Amy. I arrived early and enjoyed some fresh air on the beautiful porch before being warmly invited inside by the staff, who offered me coffee, tea, or water. I made myself a cup of tea and waited for my appointment. Amy was wonderful, providing a relaxing and healing facial. I’ve already booked my next eyebrow wax in a few weeks and can't wait to return for another facial—and perhaps try some lash services. The serene environment and friendly atmosphere make it a perfect escape. The booking system is also incredibly easy to use, with helpful reminders. I’m looking forward to my next visit to Floating Lotus!

I recently had a lash lift and tint done by Molly and I am thrilled with the results! The entire experience was wonderful. The shop is beautiful and relaxing. Molly was super personable and welcoming. Excellent experience overall.

I am so happy I found The Floating Lotus Lash Bar. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting- it’s like an instant reminder that I’m there to relax- I love it! The staff are all very professional and friendly as well. I’ve had my eyebrows done a few times by Camilla and have been very happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend.

I just had my first signature facial with Nicole and it was such an amazing experience! She is so kind and knowledgeable I wish I could have spent the afternoon talking to her and picking her brain! I can't wait to try the products I felt comfortable buying from her based on her recommendations and I'm looking forward to my next facial with Nicole in her beautiful space! I've been getting services done by Nicole for the last 4 years, back when her business was a small rented room. She does amazing facials and brow waxing and tinting and I cannot say enough about the microblading I had done on my eyebrows! I had it done three years ago and went two years without needing a touch up. It was a true game changer for me, and she did them perfectly. The space she has created is warm, inviting and comforting and everyone who works there is professional and friendly. I love supporting this business, especially because she does a lot to give back to her community. I can't recommend it enough. Just had my mo they facial this morning and getting some weekend lashes put on this weekend for a wedding!

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Nicole for a few months now, and let me tell you- it is soooo worth it!! The atmosphere and staff is so pleasurable and Nicole is a master at her craft. I love experimenting with different styles and colors of lashes that suit my eye shape and I’m constantly receiving compliments on them. Not to mention I went skydiving with them and they stayed perfect!!!

I’ve been to other salons and none compare to Floating Lotus. This Lash Bar is clean and so cute. The staff is by far the most talented in the entire Hudson Valley. I travel all the way from Wappingers because they are THAT GOOD! Camilla did my lashes and I am in love with them. They also do microblading etc. Check them out or you are missing out.

My first time getting lashes extensions with Amy was fantastic. She listened to my request and had a very gentle touch. I wanted a very natural look. My eyes got so irritated at a different place but not here. It was perfect. Thank you Amy. Highly recommended!

Very impressive little spot. Great vibe, amazing services, very organized and thorough. I did nanoblading (eyebrows) with Nicole and she is a complete perfectionist — and that is what you want!
