Madison V did my perm today! And it turned out amazing ! I was really nervous because I’ve never had a perm, but it is everything I wanted and more ! Thank you so much We had great conversation during this 4 hour long process and it was never awkward. Which I love when going to a salon, I prefer to have someone chit chat with me and actually engage in conversation. Would recommend Madison at Fine Line

I really love this salon. It is very comfortable and welcoming.The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I received the best haircut I've ever had! I'm so excited to go back and try more of their many services and lovely products!

Called to ask about info on a perm. Gal who answered sounded like she hated her job and told me to “google” the answers to my questions - had to do with perming / coloring my hair while pregnant and breastfeeding. When I mentioned I didn’t know the product line they used she told me to ask my OB. Did not tell me the products they use… SUPER rude and apathetic. Yuck.

I had my hair done professionally for the first time ever and it was an amazing experience! Traci did an amazing job! I love my hair so much. I got a cut, Malibu treatment and color and I literally could not be any happier with how it turned out!! 100/10 recommend Traci! She does amazing work and is so easy to talk to! Will definitely continue having her do my hair from now on!!!

Mediocre. The stylist didn’t seem interested in cutting or styling my hair. Minimal effort-she combed it and took a few snips with scissors. She asked me if I have grandkids which was totally out of context. I thought that was an odd question to initiate a conversation. Fortunately I was only charged $35. But, it wasn’t even worth that amount. Not impressed.

Worst pedicure and acrylic nail service ever at Ruttgers site salon.. Called and scheduled an acrylic removal with manicure with deluxe type pedicure and all she did was cut and file them! And the pedicure was on a stiff chair in a dollar tree styled plastic tub, what?! And standard old expired regular nail polish that flaked off after a week. Will never be back which is sad since we just bought a cabin on Farm Island lake super close to this salon. Drive elsewhere for better service and higher quality salon.

I may be biased because, I'm the very proud older sister of the cosmetologist; but she honestly does such an amazing job! Sara takes her time to make her lashes picture perfect and functional. Mine have lasted almost 4 weeks!!!

I arrived on time for my Saturday appointment. I waited in the lobby for 40 minutes before I was told it was going to be another 10 minutes. I said I needed to leave and did not receive an offer to reschedule.

I love this place, and have made many visits over the years. In the past few, the owner Kathy has been helping me keep my bangs just the right amount of unruly. A great haircut here and there, too. I always leave there feeling encouraged and inspired and seen. Highly recommend.

Went in with some very vague ideas for a brand new hairstyle. Avery did a fantastic job making my vision come to life! Can't recommend this salon or Avery as a stylist any higher!

I've been going here for decades, and I love it. The pedicures by Andrea are so great. She uses no harsh chemicals, she's gentle, and the peppermint oil warm wrap is devine! I've had fabulous cuts, colors, massages, yoga in the third story, pedis and manicures here, and I have always been pleased. My boys love the basement barbershop. Woman owned, small biz, natural products, boutique clothing, and all in classic Greek Revival home that's been preserved and maintained.

I thought the Fine Line Salon and Spa was fantastic! The salon is beautiful, the people are amazing and make you feel right at home! I have seen so many hairstylist and finally came across Maddie at The Fine Line. Not only is she amazing at her job but has an amazing personality! If you are looking for a great cut, color, hair extensions or even need help with thinning hair, Maddie is the one to go to! Highly highly recommend!

This salon was wonderful! I just moved to the area and needed to find a place with great services. I called and I got a voice on the first ring. My whole experience was what I needed. Andrea took care me and did a great job. This is my new place ! I am so happy! Highly recommended Andrea.
