My girl friend and I wanted a spa day. The body massage, facial and reflexology foot massage was great. Then we got Manicure and pedicure that was not good. They cut our nails too short and then proceeded to file them , they had our fingers and toes hurting. I recommend to get a massage,but go somewhere else for the manicure and pedicure.

I came here for laser on my legs and sadly did not see any results. I did 5 sessions and seriously have not seen a difference at all. I finally made the choice to go to my dermatologist and it’s already working after one session. I’m not sure what laser they use here, but save your money. It’s not worth it. I wish i could’ve seen results because the workers here are amazing, but sadly did not work for me.

I absolutely love the Rock!!! I go here for laser hair removal and they are hands down the best in STL. They are so professional and quick! I always go with Joeanne and she takes her time and makes sure she gets every nook and cranny! You can tell she’s a true expert!

Not recommended for IPL. I waited about 5 months after treatment hoping it would get better. My face was burned and now I have more spots than before.

I just got my first service with Kellie today! She was so amazing and very informative about the services I had gotten my first treatment of laser hair removal on my chin which has been a problem area for me for sooo long. She was calm which I loved! Makes getting the treatment so much easier especially if you are new to laser treatment which can sometimes be a little stressful when its your first time. Thank you Kellie I will be back soon!

Rude staff. My credit for a service was not honored despite being told in the past it would not expire and after specifically mentioning the credit when scheduling my appointment. Would not recommend this business.

Natalie was a-maz-ing!!!! I was with her for about 2 hours for a hydrafacial, brow lamination & lash lift. She was so pleasant to chat with & took extra good care of me when my eyes started to water & become uncomfortable during the lash lift. 12/10 will absolutely be back to see her 🤗

Allissa is amazing! I highly recommend her! I had extremely blonde eyebrows that suffered from some early 2000s tweezing. She was friendly, explained everything I needed to know & repeatedly made sure I was comfortable during my microblading. Don’t walk, run to set up your appointment! She’ll change your life! Alyssa did a great job on my eyebrows. It was very quick and painless. The atmosphere was very calming and relaxing, I actually fell asleep while waiting for the numbing cream to set in. I definitely recommend getting your eyebrows micro bladed here!

Hidden Membership fees: Me and my spouse were regularly receiving hydrafacial and dermaplaning for couple of months and had to cancel due to cancellation policies that was not explained to us during enrollment. Was expecting better customer service and flexibility.

I had such a great experience at the rock med spa!!! I’m OBSESSED with Natalie! She was so fun to be around and made my skin and lashes glow like they never have! I’ve struggled with skin care and what to do and she wrote out a list of products to use in the morning and night. So helpful. I will definitely be going back to her!

I’ve been getting spray tans from Allissa for a couple months now! She is AMAZING and they always look great and last around 10 days with proper care! All of the staff is so friendly and welcoming. I love it here and will keep coming back!

I 100% recommend The Rock Med Spa and Allissa Striebel for all your facial needs. She is very knowledgable in skin care products and knows what works best for my skin. Her techniques and talents for every type service she has provided me, made my skin look much healthier, glowing and youthful, every visit. She knows what services to recommend based on my skincare needs but isn't overly salesy. Prices are great and Allissa Striebel is amazing! Today, I had a very important date with Allissa Striebel and just found out I missed my appointment.

I've been here a few times and I love it more each time! The staff is super friendly right when you walk in and it has a great atmosphere. Natalie made sure I felt super comfortable and was great at explaining what she was doing while also being ready to answer any questions I had. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and I can't wait to come back!

It is the most terrible hydra facial I have done. The total process last 15 mins and cost me 150 dollar. And after experience this, you would get nothing except losing 150 dollar.

Natalie Yost-Chung is by far one of the best estheticians I've worked with. She has repeatedly made my skin look and feel the healthiest it's ever been. She did an amazing job on my lash lift + lash tint as well. The Rock Spa itself is easy to get to and very clean. Highly recommend!

Natalie is extremely knowledgeable about skin and products that work in your favor. I had a deluxe hydrafacial with her and was beyond pleased with the results. I was glowing! She managed to attack all the gunk that was hiding in my skin and by the time she was done, my pores seemed smaller and brighter. Besides her skin wizardry, she is an amazing human being with whom I instantly clicked. By the time I finished my session, she felt like an old friend. That alone is priceless.
