I made an appointment at 3:40, they started my service 45 minutes later. I booked for a shampoo cut and style and I got asked if I wanted my hair washed and never got it styled just blowdried. I showed reference photos and it looks nothing like it. Very unprofessional and bad service. If they can’t do a cut they can just say so. Very dissatisfied with everything.

Got a shampoo, cut, & style for around $45 & seriously you will not walk out the door without leaving Amanda a tip. I came in, pretty nervous about getting my hair cut. But she was so kind, made sure I got the exact cut & style I wanted, and the confidence I feel is insane. Thank you Amanda Reagan for such a great experience. Seriously go check them out ! Everyone was so sweet & welcoming. I’ll definitely be back! ( first pic is before, last two are the after 😍 )

Amanda gave me the cutest haircut for the summer. I have a lot of hair and a round face so it’s hard for me to pull off short cuts, but she finessed the layers and face frame that has me obsessed with my new look!

I have been seeing Ashley for my color for almost 3 years now. She is awesome!! Blonde can be hard to get right and she gets it done perfectly every time. The DYE Bar is super cute and has all the nice new technology. The towel warmer is amazing. Super enjoyable experience and great outcome every time - I drive from down town Chattanooga and it is so worth it. Thank you Ashley!

I’ve found my new place! Great professionalism, understanding of concepts, and great skills. My hair is so thick, I usually leave with uneven hair that’s bulky and lays terrible on one side. Finally, that wasn’t the case here. Not to mention the salon is BEAUTIFUL and relaxing! 10/10

The Dye Bar is absolutely gorgeous inside just like the stylists that work there. Very clean and inviting, the drive from Chattanooga is WELL worth the quality of service offered. Ashley got my level 4 brown lifted to blonde without any brassy tones.

I have been going to Ashley for many years. She has always made me feel so good everytime I leave the salon. I naturally have very dark hair, she worked very hard to lighten my hair without destroying it. I am so happy with her and all her hard work. She takes her time and goes above and beyond to make each and every person feel amazing when they leave! You are appreciated more then you know!

LOVE the DYE bar! The salon itself is extremely clean and has a beautiful and stylish interior. Ashley did an incredible job of having my hair goals come to fruition! With both a cut and extreme change of color for me (long and blonde to short and dark) I was so nervous but she achieved exactly the look I was going for. Definitely plan on this being my new go-to salon!
