I have wavy, thin hair, and after sharing my concerns with Jacob, he did an amazing job. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! Jacob is a truly talented stylist, and I highly recommend this place, especially him. 100/100 stars!

Claire is my go to girl for hair extensions and color ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ She has so much expertise and she puts everything into making her clients happy with the results. I was a first time hair extension girlie, and went to Claire because hand tied hair extensions are less damaging and look great IMO ☺️ I am soooo happy with my hair and my experience with Claire. Life changing.

I knew I loved the Color Bar when I walked in as everyone was very welcoming and it was a down to earth atmosphere. I recently moved from Boston and wanted to find someone I could trust with my hair long term. Kelly went above and beyond. She listened to me and took time to make sure she knew exactly what I was wanting regarding color. I was so nervous coloring my virgin hair and wanted something very natural. Similarly, having long hair I was apprehensive because I’ve had stylists take far more off than requested. Cut and styling was on point. Safe to say I will def be a repeat customer. So happy to have found Kelly.

I went in needing a color correction after a bad color job at another salon. Jacob did a great job with a color and a cut. I highly recommend him.

First time I came to visit The Color Bar was with Kelly, I had gone with the intention to only get my hair trimmed but she had suggested a toner/hair cut since I had a “beanie” look due to an old color I had prior that was grown out. I was so happy and in love with the end results! Kelly is the sweetest she has also cut my daughters hair and feel I can trust her when it comes to doing a change and needing a new look. I’ve had bad experiences before with other hair stylists I don’t allow anyone to touch my hair, Kelly has made sure prior to proceeding with my hair her and I are on the same page and through communication I fall in love every time leaving The Color Bar which I feel anyone that steps foot in should walk out feeling their best selves and so far I’ve had nothing but the best service and experience thanks to Kelly.

I came to Ethina when I wanted to chop all my hair off and she gave me the best haircut of my life. She is such a talented stylist and you can tell she genuinely cares about all her clients. She's so sweet and just a delight to talk to and be around. The salon is absolutely adorable and so comfy. I cannot recommend this place enough!

This is THE best salon in Ventura County hands down !! The staff there is so friendly, welcoming, and well trained. I’ve been going to Kelly for all my hair needs for the past 4 years and she has done an incredible job at providing the look that I want while still keeping my hair healthy. All the staff there do an amazing job and I honestly could not see myself going anywhere else and getting the amazing service that they provide.

I’ve been seeing my hairstylist, Katelyn, for over 3 years now. She’s the only person I trust with my hair, as a blonde, and my hair has never been healthier! It feels like a therapy / comedy show / self care session that I so look forward to every 4-6 weeks. I always walk out feeling beautiful, seen, understood and an inch taller from the confidence boost of having beautiful hair crafted by her fabulous self! I followed her to her new salon for obvious reasons and love The Color Bar! The artistic ambiance, the high vibe, the lively chatter and laughter filling every inch of those four walls… and it feels like I have a whole room full of stylists because everyone is so kind, laid back and friendly. I cannot recommend Katelyn or this salon more and am so happy she’s at this location!!!

Andrew (Andy) did a great job cutting my hair. He showed me a few new techniques on how to style my hair which was also much appreciated. The atmosphere at the Color Bar is super awesome and I would definitely go back.

I randomly popped in, and Van took care of me. She is awesome. She gets guys hair and I’m very happy with the end result. If your a dude with medium to long hair, and want a good cut with with positive input, I promise she we’ll take good care of your hair.

First time with this studio went to get an Ombré color, the staff is really friendly but they have stylists still in training, which they don’t tell you until you’re already in the chair. If your looking for quality work I wouldn’t recommend this place. Paid for professional coloring and ended up going second salon to have it fixed. (Right side my hair was done mid level while left side was only low bottom ends)

Love this salon!!! Everyone is so nice and lovely. Taylor is just amazing - she listened to what I wanted and then hand painted these lovely highlights (balayage) and the result was even better than I had hoped for.

Taylor at The Color Bar is amazing! I have always left the salon extremely happy with my hair. Taylor truly has the magic touch and is one of the sweetest humans I have ever met! I don’t trust just anyone with my hair and I go into every appointment with confidence I’ll love my hair!
