Can’t speak to the quality of stylists or how they do Can speak to they never returned my call in order to get scheduled - imagine you get a bad haircut/ service and no one ever returns your call or follows up . Needs serious improvement on service operations! Lost customer lost money

I have attempted to make an appointment 3 times since November 2023. First, I went in-person to the salon. Second, I submitted a web form through their website. Third, I called and talked to someone. It's Jan 17th and still no return call or follow up. I just needed a simple haircut and to establish a new salon, as I'm local to Vinings. Pretty disappointed.

Lindsey is the absolute best! Always so attentive and truly knows color! I love that I can provide vague direction and she knows where to go!

Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with my haircut , Now every morning I have trouble to style my hair. My hairstylist was sweet but my haircut is unprofessional.

I was super excited to try this place because of how close it is to me and the great reviews but I wasn’t able to even make an appointment. I’m guessing it’s a lot easier once you have a stylist that you go to, but for newcomers, they give proposed times to the stylists and then the stylists call you to see if their availability will work. It’s definitely not the easiest process. I called on Saturday to give my availability and now on Thursday, I still haven’t heard anything. I think I’ll stick to places that are easier to work with.

I’m not from around here and last minute needed my hair curled for an event. I didn’t bring any hair tools with me to do my own hair. I scheduled a blowout/style & the person bailed last minute. Very unprofessional. I worked with what I got and just put my hair into a bun.

Off Paces Ferry however, Shellie F. cuts hair beautifully! My hair is curly, thick, and wavy and Shellie is great. Jeremiah does expert coloring! Between the two, they perform magic on all types of hair! Go see Shellie and Jeremiah! You wont go anywhere else!

The salon is nice. The stylist Mauve is amazing! I have naturally thick, curly (3b) hair and she knows how to cut, color and style me like no other in Atlanta! Hats off to Mauve!

I had my hair done by Ariel today and I love it!! The collective is a great salon and Ariel is a fantstic hair stylist! I was long overdue for some hair-care and she was very kind and understood exactly what I wanted. My hair looks and feels great! Thank you!

I can not sing their praises enough! Amanda McDonald is phenomenal, just an FYI. The service you get is absolutely amazing and the services are way underpriced for the quality you receive. Even when I was broke, I saved the $50 for a haircut because I knew it would be done right. Same with color. I'm telling you. See Amanda. You won't regret it.

I see Heather for haircuts, color, and keratin. I have only been to the salon a couple of times, but Heather's already made such a great impression! She is very talented and really listens to give me the look I want while making sure it looks good on me. The prices are fair for the skill level. Looking forward to my next appointment!
