My daughter saw Chelsea for the first time yesterday after struggling with foot pain and tendinitis for almost a year. Chelsea is very knowledgeable, eager to teach us how to care for the injury in a realistic way and answered all our questions without hesitation. We will definitely return and recommend The Body Mechanics to others!

This is a great massage facility! The entire staff is super nice and very professional. They listen when you tell them what issues you may be having and even have suggested some additional alternative therapies to assist with managing a chronic illness. Thanks Chelsa and team!

I had an appointment with Garrett on Friday afternoon for a bad case of tennis elbow. And I just wanted to tell him thank you so much for helping me out. I left there completely pain free and was able to play in my Pickleball tournament on Saturday. Before the massage I was not even sure I would be able to play at all and I ended up playing all of the games pain free. I I will definitely be back! I have referred two people to him over the weekend. I am hoping they come in and get great results too.

I was amazed at how Garrett was able to rid me of my neck pain on my left side in just one visit with no deep tissue pain. I have already set up an appt for next week to continue to the process of feeling better and getting my muscles to relax.

The staff is very friendly, warm and fun! I needed work done in specific areas that were due to injuries. Brittney pays close attention and listens to your concerns, and she did such a wonderful job working on those areas with great precision, care and thoughtfulness. She is very careful not to over treat an injured area and she re-adjusts her treatments each visit based on your personal progress around and in the affected/problem areas. I highly recommend Brittney and the body mechanics for their high-quality service.

Garrett is amazing! I have arthritis and fibromyalgia. His medical massage really helps with my pain and does not leave me sore the next day as traditional massages do. He also has a wealth of knowledge about health and wellness and is eager to share practical tips (such as a different sleeping position/ pillow) to help with pain control. Thank you Garrett!

Brittany and Chelsa at The Body Mechanics are both wonderful. I just recently had a massage with Brittany from a hurt shoulder and chronic headache. The headache was gone after my massage and the shoulder pain was also gone! If you need a good one, this is the one to pick!

Chelsa is so knowledgeable and is honestly a miracle worker. I originally came for knee pain, and through the message sessions and suggested exercises, my pain level has greatly decreased. I have been able to move so much more! I also LOVE Brittany. Her messages are so relaxing and she always makes sure I am comfortable. I highly recommend the Body Mechanics!

I’ve came here over the years. I’ve used Chelsa every time. As awesome as she is, she didn’t have availability and my neck was KILLING ME! So they let me know about Garrett. He was wonderful. I felt so much better walking out of there today and actually found myself falling asleep multiple times (I haven’t been sleeping because of pain) I will definitely be back, not only for Chelsa, but also Garrett now too!

I’ve honestly had an awesome experience since I started coming here. Garrett is super attentive and listens to what’s going with my muscles and body, and always gives helpful suggestions to help outside the clinic. Overall pain has improved extremely to the point that I haven’t needed to see a chiropractor in weeks. I also feel super comfortable given that I am a bigger girl, and always get nervous seeing any massage/body specialist. Best experience I’ve ever had with a massage therapist by far.

Recently booked a massage with Brittiany, and it was great. I had recently jammed my leg during a fall, and it’s just taken longer than expected to return to normal. She expertly addressed my specific concerns, leaving me feeling better than I was walking in. At least we’re on the right, positive track with it.
