I absolutely love my nails! I was seen fairly quickly after arriving, everyone was so nice and professional! I showed my nail stylist a reference photo and she did wonderful!! The price was awesome compared to other places, 10 out of 10, I highly recommend!!

This place was wonderful. Definitely recommended the hot stone message with your pedicure! I have significant scarring on my leg and I asked the technician to be careful with it and she never forgot! Pedicures are usually painful for me, but not once was I uncomfortable and had a great experience here.

Would give much lower rating if I were able. Were brutal on skin, cutting me several times and literally grinding my skin off with files. I showed an image, a very simple image, and asked if they were able to duplicate it or come close. Not sure if the obvious language barrier was a factor or not, but I literally SHOWED 4 people the image I wanted, which was absolutely so easy that a 10 year old could do it. They says they could. ‘Yes, yes, easy’ was the response I received. Pictures posted of what I received. Absolutely NOT anywhere NEAR what I asked for. Not in color, not in design, not in any way. Then? Tried to charge me $50 for their basic pedicure with design. ABSOLUTELY NOT.

You can’t depend on this business's operating hours as posted on Google and sign on the door. They were supposed to close at 7 pm but closed at 4 pm. The shop is the second time I have wanted to get my nails done, and they have closed early. The phone number posted outside is a non-working number. It's not a professional business and not “Best Nails.”

Alrighty so I went inside ready to get my nails done so I can show the gurllllls I went from lizard fingers to chicken fingers babyyyy real quick! I get settled in, and this lady named Juney with the nike shirt came to slay my lizard hands to rest. I knew I was in good hands because Ms.GURLLL had on the Nike shirt and took the slogan “Just do it” to whole nother level babyyy. I mean I was nervous at first because I don’t do well with people but the calming music they had playing while doing my nails had me relaxed like I was at the beach sun bathing. Juney took customer service seriously- majority of the time of me being in the chair I felt a mom of 6 getting away to have me time. When im only 6 months with my first! 👁️👅👁️❤️ The gurlllls is cackling if they don’t go to The Best Nails& Spa to get their nails done! Prices is good and service.

Got my nails done here less than 24 hours ago and the paint is literally falling off only 4/10 nails still have paint on them. Less than a hour after leaving the building one chipped and fell off completely a few minutes later. For reference I got a gel manicure. The lady who did them was not vary friendly but wasn't rude either over all not a great experience.

Best gel manicure!! They were so friendly and had the best prices. The process and the store was super clean and tidy. Definitely coming back!!

Horrible “salon” they must use cheap old acrylic because my nails cracked and lifted after 9 days. Listen to google/yelp/spouses pages when they say stay away! Also $50 for a fill in INSANITY

Rude. Rude. They rush and give Unprofessional responses when asked the simplest questions. They charge the most and do the least. All of the Nails Salons in VP are subpar. Make the drive to Alex to find a decent Nail Salon.

The man there was EXTREMELY rude to me and everyone after me. He said i was too jumpy and he was just making rude comments and rolling his eyes at me. He was basically man handling me and being so rough on my nails. I have been getting my nails done for years and i have never had any problems with anyone hurting me like that. I was supposed to get a pedicure from him as well but i left when he finished my manicure bc he was so rude, u professional and hurting me. I will NEVER go back 😡
