I’ve been here twice now and this is definitely my new nail place. I’ve had Mia both times. She is precise, lovely personality and the place is clean! Everyone is very nice and they all do a great job.

Have been coming to Tulips for years now. Their service and work is amazing. Just had a Gel X 3D manicure for my birthday/vacation done by Michelle and they came out SO beautiful 😍If you show her any Pinterest inspo, she can do it. As well as the other nails techs!!

I normally don’t leave reviews but I have to for this salon! Very clean, very sweet staff! This was my first time here, Sunny did my nails and I am beyond happy with how they came out. Not only was Sunny very informative on the process of a gel full set, but she took her time with the shaping/painting of each nail. She would check in with me to see how I liked the shape after finishing each one and understood the look I was going for. She made it look so easy! This salon is super busy and I can see why! Definitely make an appointment, I was lucky enough to call 20 mins ahead and have them fit me in on the spot! This will be my go to salon from now on for sure! I also got a pedicure from a different nail artist, he was very gentle and did a great job as well. Sunny also mentioned that they do designs, I’ve seen some photos of them and they look amazing as well! I’ve tried many salons trying to find one that I would like to stick with and haven’t felt this comfortable in awhile. They definitely know what they’re doing and are very organized. 10/10 recommend!

I Just left this place for a quick gel polish on my toes. Kept correcting the guy throughout the process and he still did a horrible job. And was charged $30 for just polish! Unbelievable. I’m new to the area so this might be the norm, but Never again!

I have to drive 15 minutes to get to this location. There are numerous places near my home. I was looking for a clean facility with friendly, professional service. They work by appointment. I appreciate that because it doesn't make me feel rushed. I get basic color, but I have seen some very creative work done. So far, I am pretty satisfied with the spa. I plan to continue going there for now.

I’ve been going here for two years now I love Coco and recently when Coco is away sometimes I have to use Michelle, who is also wonderful. James is the manager and always answers the phone very friendly. I normally get a massage I a massage chair while I get my nails done because honestly that’s the only way to go… it’s better to have an appointment. You can’t just show up on a whim. They are normally fully booked. The place is clean and organized and everyone is super friendly.

Loyal customer for years! Bing is my go to for impeccable pedicures. Sunny and Vicky are masters at gel tips that last for weeks 💅🏼 I am in love with my latest ombré nails! Always call ahead for an appt!

I started going back to Tulips about a year now, and I love it there. Usually Sunny would do my nails and it would come out amazing. Lately when I go to get my nails done, it’s been done by someone else which I truly don’t mind but I have always gone in with great expectations with what I wanted done. I would show a photo reference of what I wanted and lately the person doing my nails would either try to up the design prices or she just doesn’t want to do it and would try to talk me into something else. I know designs cost more and I have that in mind when getting my nails done but if a customer wants something they should be able to accommodate their needs and leave with the expectation they wanted. I also feel she rushes to my nails resulting in my nails not coming out smooth ,breaking or lifting. I got my nails done Jan 26 and I did not like the way they came out so I went to get them redone somewhere else.

I was very unhappy When I left there . very pushy with the upselling Jackie of the staff gets frustrated of you will not agree to a higher priced options uerse the longer priced I don’t think I’ve ever had a worse regular pedicure. Jackie rushed through my pedicure Service has declined and technician not experienced. I understand Chinese

I'am so conduced by these reviews. I was so expecting a really wonderful manicure pedicure based on the reviews I read . This was certainly not what I got. I got rush job. The lady Jackie the gel polish filed off, especially with the electric tool. My poor nails!! She was going so fast that the tool slipped and caught my skin. I won't be back

THEY BLOCK NUMBERS!!!! The girls here do an amazing job, and I was really happy with the quality. And i needed a reliable nail place because i get my nails done twice a month. However the management here mistook me for another customer who also goes by the nickname "Dee" and actually blocked my number. And the way I was confronted about this mixup was very rude and unprofessional, i came in for a refill and the manager accused me of missing my last appointment with Katie and i was out of the country for the date in question. I was very taken aback by the hostility and rudeness. I've brought it to there attention multiple times that when I call through my cell phone, the phone rings once and then disconnects. But using any other phone number to call, the calls goes right through...I can't understand why they blocked my phone number. I spend close to $200 everytime I go and tip the ladies that work on me with over 20% cash tip. I tried to not get upset over this but I've brought this to their attention multiple times. Just tried to call again to make an appointment and my number is still blocked and called using my work number and they answered right away...I don't know if this place is just racist or what but the women who answered the phone claims to "only answer the phone" was incredibly rude about it And demanded to know if i want to make an appointment or not. She was very dismissive and rude, how on earth did she feel that was an acceptable tone for a frequent customer who always gets UV GEL and expensive gel pedicures. And I know she manages the other ladies there or is a owner. It was very interesting that she felt I wouldn't recognize her voice on the phone; some people really lack any type of decency. Anyway there are so many places to choose from. They lost a customer today but it is no reflection on the ladies that actually work there, i highly recommend Katie, she is very friendly and works hard to make sure you are happy with her work. I'm sad to not see her again. Also, I've recommended them to multiple family and friends and have brought them so much business. However management is incredibly rude and racist, they should educate themselves on how to treat high paying customers Be aware people of color...

The best in Fairfield County. I get UV Gel & they last about a month, I get my money's worth. Jackie, Sam & Bing do the best pedicure & massage & Lily always does my nails! Make an appointment though, hard to get in without one!

My girl Lily always hooks me up with the best nail set in town!!!! Ping also does an amazing job with my mom’s monthly pedicures. Store is always clean and everyone is super professional. Overall great experience! From reception to service, very customer focused. What I loved the most was the attention to detail and not feeling as if I am rushed out the door. Reasonably priced and superb quality. This the first time I got acrylics that I absolutely loved, thanks again Bing! I would and will be recommending this nail place! Job well done!

Sam did such an awesome job and was super patient with me as someone who gets their nails done maybe once a year. Really felt like I got my money's worth, and for any extras (callus scraper for instance) I was told up front about the added cost and asked if I wanted the extra. Highly recommend!

Vickie did my manicure. Very skilled artist. Came in on a whim and showed them a picture. To my surprise they were able to easily replicate it. Priced great too. This will be my new go to salon.
