I have been going to the salon for just under a year and I am always greeted with a friendly face when I come in. You can tell Frank loves what he does as a hairstylist and is very particular to make sure his customers are happy. Tanya is also very knowledgeable about what she does and the products they carry. I always leave as a happy customer :)

Tanya is amazing! She was very patient and did a blue black tint that really made my eyelashes pop! Krystal is my go-to for any skin care treatments. She is patient and has extensive knowledge of the market and the products that exist. My last oxy geno facial was so relaxing and my skin glowed for days after. I highly recommend.

The beauty refinery is absolutely gorgeous first of all, and everyone who works there is a vibe. Most importantly though, is my hair guru, Celina!!! I stumbled upon Celina many years ago. And I've been following her everywhere she goes, because she is the absolute best! Style, color you name it, she can do it. Her personality is amazing, she's a beautiful soul and her space at refinery is so inviting and I just can't say any more good things about this place and her. ♥️

I can’t say enough about the services I’ve received at The Beauty Refinery. The oxygeneo facials, chemical peels, powder brows, and Zo skincare products allowed me to not wear any makeup (except mascara) when I enjoyed a week in Florida - which was awesome! I’ve been battling frequent breakouts for years and my skin is much more stable these days. And Frank fixed up my hair with some great layers. A very clean, organized, and well-run establishment. Went into the salon for the first time on Friday, to see new hairstylist Seren. She was very kind, talkative and sweet. And did an amazing job with just a simple wash and blowout style. Was happy to be one of her hair models. Will definitely be going back to the salon for another visit 💗💗.

I have been trying to make an appointment for a haircut/colour for over a month. I had left multiple messages and no one had called me back. I physically went to the salon and spoke to one of the stylist who took my name and phone number and told me someone would call me back regarding booking because she is not allowed to book appointments for senior stylists and even that didn't help, no one ever called me back. I looked up the website and tried booking online but earliest available booking is 11am and latest 3 pm, plus senior stylist doesn't work on Saturdays. Just wondering how are people with normal jobs 9-5 or such supposed to get their hair done?! Poor customer service.

I recently moved from Peru to Windsor, Canada. I was looking forward to doing a touch-up on my lip blush… I did a huge market research in the whole area: Windsor, La Salle, Leamington, and Tecumseh, I didn't feel comfortable with any place until I found The Beauty Refinery Salon. I had a consultation appointment with Tanya, she is so professional and kind that I decided to trust on her for doing my lips. Best decision ever! I did not feel any pain during the process, she made sure I was feeling so comfortable and relaxed that I even fall asleep... I just can say that my experience here was absolutely wonderful! I love how my lips look, they never got so swollen, and the colour she chose for my lips is perfect. Definitely coming back to do my eyebrows! I recommend this place and Tanya, 100%

Cannot say enough about potenza!! This treatment is something nothing in a bottle can do! The reduction in fine lines and glow to your skin is amazing…reverse aging!!! I’ve had so many compliments on my skin after only 1 treatment. Krystal is the best and takes great care of her clients!! Cathy C

Stopped in to the Beauty Refinery for a men’s cut and from the moment I walked in, Frank and his team were friendly and even got me a water. The establishment was very clean and modern looking and the haircut was great, couldn’t be happier with the fade and overall look. I will be a regular moving forward. A+

The online booking of appointments is convenient, the business has many customer conveniences such as comfortable chairs & hair washing sinks that don't hurt your neck, & very friendly service in general.

I went in today for an appointment & did Lazer . Was seriously so impressed on how much it did NOT hurt. There's cold air that comes from the tip of the Lazer at the same time of doing its job. Omg game changer. I wish I had this machine doing other parts years ago ! 🫣 Definitely looking forward to my next sessions ! Thank you so much to the staff at The Beauty Refinery! A++

Tanya is the brow fairy! I honestly cannot even look at my old photos without feeling a great amount of appreciation for how talented she is. I can say my level of self confidence has grown tremendously since last November ( the first time I got my eyebrows done) I have yet to see talent on this level. The salon itself had an amazing vibe and amazing customer service. Extremely clean and the music was at a perfect relaxing level. Perfect for a self care getaway for a few hours! I cannot wait to utilize the other services TBR has to offer!
