Not vaccinated and no masks. When I asked Lisa if she was vaccinated, she threw a little tantrum and said she had an "underlining" condition that prevented her from being vaccinated and she had no intention of risking her life for me. The woman that washes hair said she also had an "underlining condition". I didn't bother asking why they weren't wearing masks. I know...It's Whitestone. This was all after I told Lisa that my friend of 30 years died of Covid last week. I also got the worst haircut I've gotten in a long time. Please evaluate your priorities before doing business here.

Went in for a price to have my hair done with curls simple. I'm Hispanic, which the neighborhood is primary white. The hair dresser looked at me up and down with such disgust and told me, "I don't specialize in that complicated hair do." Keep in mind in the reviews shows multiple pictures with hair do's with curls. I left right away! Don't go there if your a minority!!! It's disgusting that business has such a small mentality!! What a disgrace !!!

Lisa & Nicole are absolutely amazing, they are so skilled and were so fun to hang-out with while having our hair & makeup done! Lisa was so great and helpful in helping me plan hair and makeup for my girls for my recent wedding day. And during a time of post-COVID and weddings coming back, she really worked with my needs and concerns. The biggest concern I faced was that my (now!) husband and I chose to have our wedding on a Monday, and while weekday weddings are apparently becoming more the norm right now, no salon is open on a Monday. Lisa and Nicole came in on their day-off to help me have my special day. They were so good at getting down mine and my girls styles and addressed our concerns with our different hair types and skin types, along with how the weather was going to be that day and how that would affect our styles. They nailed everything and everything stayed perfect the whole day into night. I cannot thank them enough for how much care and attention they gave us and for everything they helped with for my wedding day.

Camille is hilarious, Antonia is my hairstylist who is very talented and FAST (they call her FLASH) and the owner Lisa is very sweet and professional! A friend recommended this place to me and I'm so glad I decided to give it a try! These ladies are all amazing and they make you feel like you're part of the family! Came with my daughter and they treated her very nice and made her very happy! (Thanks Antonia!) She loved her new hair color and I am totally in love with my new hairstyle and my hair color! Lisa did an amazing job. I love the whole aesthetics of the place. It is so visually pleasing (especially the bathroom but you have to see it to know what I'm talking about 😂) Highly recommend this place. That lady Camille was such a sweetheart, loved her personality and her charisma!

I can not say enough wonderful Things about the beauty lounge! First of all Kristin is a color wizard! This woman can just look at you and on 30 seconds figure out what mixology she needs to do make you look your most amazing self! She absolutely slayed my hair! Color, style and mantainance level. At 40 I have finally found the color I dreamed of and have never loved my hair more!!! And she did it all with a broken foot!!! And in a long overdue shout out, Paige hook up my make up so fierce last year!! First time went, had makeup done for a wedding I was in and she did an incredible job! And on top of it, last minute pushed back her next client (with her permission) last minute to do my hair because it started monsooning so it needed to go up. Lisa’s customer service is not to be overlooked! She’s Funny af and super chill! Nicole and Camille (such a good sport) are both sweet and funny as well! Seriously an awesome and extremely talented group of people!! Finally found a hair (and makeup) home!!

Visited this salon for the first time today in my neighborhood as per my friend’s recommendation and I was very impressed. Not only is the staff, friendly, professional and accommodating but the rocker vibe reminded me of the East village back in the day . Lisa and Christine are professional and their prices are reasonable. Thank you for a great cut and style with no pull and pain like in other salons ! I highly recommend Lisa and Christine!
