Amazing customer service, over all great experience. My first time ever getting a facial and got reccomended here. Karissa was such a knowledgeable esthetician she knew exactly what products I needed and not once did I feel like she was trying to upswell me products that I did not need! I HIGHLY recommend anyone and everyone who is in need of a facial or just wants to get pampered. You will NOT regret it.

I known Karissa since middle school and boy has she evolve into a beautiful woman, business woman, wife and mother. I love getting my facial with her not only it’s so relaxing and she leaves my skin flawless. I also get a therapy session with her. Hope to see you soon Karissa.

I started going to Karissa this year and it's something that I will continue to do for as long as I can! She makes the experience so relaxing first of all with her beautiful space. It's instantly so relaxing and clean! Then with the vibe in her room, as a new mom I'm able to just literally let out a fresh breath of air and feel the weight come off my shoulders. The experience I receive from her is THE BEST! Idk what machines she uses but I feel so clean and my skin glows! I highly recommend this service to anyone and it's a must on a sec care routine! I guarantee you will not regret the experience! Plus, she takes care of us soooooo good during special holidays and it def does not go I noticed how much she cares and loves her business and clients behind it.

Karissa has such attention to detail no one facial is ever the same. It’s always custom and cater to your individual needs. She creates an environment where not only is it safe and relaxing it’s also educational. You will always leave knowing more about your skin and empowered on how to better take care of it! Best esthetician in Riverside! She’s not your regular esthy that lets you choose what facial you want, she actually takes the time to consult your face at every appt and gives you a custom facial. You’ll never be disappointed. You will always leave with a soft, clean, glowy face. Idk what you’re doing still reading reviews go make that appointment!!!! Oh btw if you need makeup services as well let her beat your face. Go get that facial and make up done! ✨

Hi guys. I’ve been going to The Beauty Lab for about 3 years and let’s just say. My skin is thriving. Karissa is not only is the sweetest but truly caters to your skin needs. Every facial I’ve gotten is different since we all go through changes in life that affect our skin. Her studio is the cutest and a total vibe. The products she carries are so good and with me doing my part at home. My skin is just amazing!! Highly recommend!

I’ve experienced the beauty lab a number of times. From facials to brow wax to product pick ups and it has never disappointed. Karissa does an amazing job with making your time there feel relaxed. From the comfy bed to the best playlist I always leave feeling refreshed. She’s always on time and will ensure she gives you the best experience. Don’t forget to pick up product on the way out.
