First time here, the environment was so relaxing and welcoming. Elizabeth was my massage therapist, she was amazing. Highly recommend, will be back again!

I love Back Porch! I always receive wonderful relaxing service and skilled therapist. Their deep tissue and CBD massages are wonderful. I just wish they had memberships.

Every experience I've had here is phenomenal. The technicians really take their time to figure out what your goals are for the services, and they take extra care helping you relax. The atmosphere is very cute and the lounge area where they set you up with tea and cookies is so sweet.

Front desk staff clearly untrained and low quality, both times I went in I had to wait because they would be in a room behind the front desk just gossiping about clients.

I get massages at the Back Porch Day spa regularly, and I can't say enough how beneficial they are in helping my body heal. I have had several injuries over the years, and always look forward to visiting here for great therapeutic treatment.

I come to the back porch day spa about once a month for a massage. I have been coming here for about 4 years now, but regularly for about two. From the time I was pregnant with son, they always accommodated me and made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Now, to being a busy mom/professional they are always so caring of my needs, always willing to take care of me and help me unwind. I’ve seen different therapist and although they are all amazing, who I see really depends on what I’m needing. Do I need more deep work? Or do I just want to relax and possibly fall asleep lol. Anyway I love love love it here

I had an incredible experience at the day spa! The salt glow scrub worked wonders on my winter skin, and the hot stone massage was pure bliss. Sipping hot tea in the lobby between sessions added to the serene atmosphere. My therapist was amazing, striking the perfect balance between checking in and letting me drift into deep relaxation. I'll definitely be returning next time I'm in ABQ!

Date 09/21/2022 First Time here So I just left there not more than 10 minutes ago and honestly couldn't wait to write a review. This was my first time getting a massage at this place. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the front desk with a smile, offered water, and was escorted to the waiting area that was very relaxing. Once my appointment time came near my masseuse and I met and took me back to the room, asked the basic questions and left while I changed out. The room atmosphere was great and the music was very relaxing, She was perfect on the pressure during the whole massage, knew exactly where to apply more or less and hit all the points perfect to make it a great massage. After the massage, we walked down to the waiting room, where she had water and a nice hot neck heating pad waiting for me to relax a bit more after massage. This had to be one of the best massage experiences I have had before. I am already looking forward to scheduling my next appointment. **Above was my first review a little over a year ago.** Today 11/17/2023 was my second time coming here, I haven't had a massage since my last time here, and yet again, it was an amazing experience. Since my last time here, I have had sciatic pain, and the masseuse was knowledgeable and perfect with pressures around my nerve pain. I need to get massages more often, and so far, Back Porch will be my go-to place. Thank you for the amazing experience .

From the moment I walked in, I felt, ignored and disrespected! The young woman at the front desk did not even acknowledge me, but those who walked in behind me were acknowledged. She even ask them if they want a tea or coffee or water & still had not acknowledged me. Finally I went up to her and told her I had an appointment and still did not ask if I wanted any thing to drink. I was just told to go sit down & they would call me when my massage Therapist was available. The Massage that I got was just okay. The massage therapist was nice but I still didn’t feel comfortable & came out more tense & in knots. Since then I never went back and will never ever recommend them to anybody.

I had a facial a few weeks ago on my birthday, and my esthetician was very nice, but I saw her arrive late and my facial started 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was hoping she would make up for it by adding time, but she did not. My towels were cold which was disappointing because hot towels are one of my favorite parts of a facial. During the mask, and what I’m assuming was an exfoliant, there was no shoulder or hand/arm massage as stated on the website for the facial I purchased, but as I sat there I could hear her tapping on her phone. I tried to contact the Back Porch for some kind of resolve, but have gotten no response. I was hoping for a better experience, and was disappointed. I’ll stick to Betty’s next time.

I had an amazing facial with Meg today! I really needed some TLC for myself and she really made me feel pampered. She did dermaplaning too which I love. I feel amazing and my skin looks so hydrated, glowy, and smooth. Plus the ambiance in the spa is so inviting and like nowhere else I’ve been. There’s a really neat garden room waiting room. All of the staff I talked to were great and so welcoming! Thank you!!

I just had one of the best, most soothing facials ever. Selena was amazing, welcomed me in, asked me about my skin and goals of doing a facial and then tailored it for me. It was sooooo relaxing and included a shoulder+arms massage, tea after in their little relaxation room. I left feeling very relaxed and my skin felt baby soft. Highly recommend.

My fiancé and I just got a couple massage here and it was AMAZING! My massage therapist was Suzanne and she was soooo great! Angel hands! That was by far the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve been to so many places. This was our first time here and definitely will be my go to place. The place was so cute and cozy. I highly recommend this place! Thank you Suazanne!!! 🩷

My wife got a massage here so I am writing for her, but she said that the tech she got, I believe by the name of "kyra"... came across as very mentally unstable during their session, making multiple comments that made her feel very uncomfortable and at times worry about her wellbeing. I would caution anyone against seeing the same technician.
