The entire team was so sweet and welcoming. I received a very thorough consultation for laser hair removal and filler, and ended up receiving a hair removal treatment the day of. Jennifer was my technician and she was fabulous. I cannot say enough good things about this med spa.

Very very unhappy with my last procedure. I now have discoloration on both sides of my mouth and the skin is also rough. No amount of makeup hides the discoloration or roughness. When I expressed displeasure, told to give it time. 4 weeks later no improvement.

I saw the NP for the first time and I felt right at home. This place is super classy and I feel so pretty after my treatments. The team who works there seems like they are very close and love working together. I will definitely be coming back!

Mamie and Kim are the absolute best team of facial practitioners I’ve ever encountered. They have made me feel prettier than I ever have in my life. They are caring and take the time to access your needs and make sure you’re happy with the results. I feel so fortunate to have the best group of women taking such loving care of my face. The Art of Aesthetics is the bomb!! The absolute best when it comes to Art. I mean what these ladies do is ART! I am in my mid 50's and many people think I am much younger. Thank you, Mamie and Kim for making me feel beautiful and look beautiful. Over the years, I have had my share of botox and fillers from several different places. More than I would like to share. Many spas do what they know without listening, recommending and getting to know what you really want. Many times, I really do not know what I want except to look young and beautiful. They give me options and try to save me money which makes me trust them even more. By the way, I have been going to them for about 2 years. 2 years ago, I lived in Charlotte, NC and drove to Columbia to have my aesthetics done. Last year, I moved to Charleston, SC and I still drive to Columbia. No one in those 2 cities can touch the magic, compassion and service that these ladies can. In the last year, I lost 80 lbs which makes it challenging when your face becomes thin and drops but I go in see Kim and Mamie and they work their magic. What a team. They are all beautiful themselves inside and out and strive to make everyone beautiful. I love these ladies. I hope they do not get tired of me. I will be going to them into my 90's if I have too.

All of the staff were great. I am mostly satisfied with the results. There is a shelf-like area on one side of my forehead and lines below. The marionette line I asked to be the main focus is still prominent. It has been 3 weeks. I am not comfortable coming back here to fix. The reason I won't be returning is because the owner/main injector repeatedly made snarky comments toward me. I couldn't express any concern, or if i wasn't as vocal as she wanted, she quipped back. When the aide showed me the before/after pics, I took a second to react, so the owner "jokingly" asked did I need glasses. Thankfully, the aides not even once followed up her attitude...I usually chock it up to having a bad day, but this was too much. I shouldn't have left a hefty tip, but you are pressured to before she is done, and I didn't want my face to pay for it. If you read responses to these reviews, there's zero accountability for any errors, which is a red flag. Lesson learned.

I am giving late reviews, I took Botox and fillers on November, I was able to see the results for fillers, but haven’t find good results from Botox. They told me that they ll call me to find out but haven’t got any call.

I came to The Art of Aesthetics Med Spa as a first timer for Botox! Let me just say the women here and the service was AMAZING!!! From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and felt comfortable. Mamie was so sweet and went over my consultation and recommended what I should have done. I was so nervous but she made me feel at ease and was so patient and kind to me! Kim was also very sweet and awesome with administering my Botox and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone. They have a life long customer in me! Thank you beautiful ladies for making my first time so welcoming!

I have been going to see Mamie and Kim for almost a year now and I must say, these ladies know their stuff. Kim is truly an artistic genius at injections and with Mamie at her side, you know you have two women who want you to look great and will safely take care of you. Kim is truly an expert at injections and how to do things so you get safe, expert results. I used to go to a Plastic Surgeon occasionally for Botox and he left me with a bruise that lasted months. Not these ladies...they are truly pros. I'm so glad I have Kim and Mamie by my side as I age 'gracefully'!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are amazing. They fixed a botched lip job that I had previously gotten done and advised me on the best way to go about getting the results that I need. I will never let another person touch my face so long as they are in business. They will also let you know if you are asking for a touch up to soon, or simply asking for to much product. Their results speak for themselves. They also work hard to get you any discounts and deals that they have available so that you can save money wherever possible.

Jennifer and the whole team are phenomenal! I am so impressed with the level of customer service I’ve received before, during and after my service. I called inquiring on laser resurfacing only to find out Microneedling would better address my skin concerns. I came in for an appointment and felt like I already knew Jennifer because of how in-depth we spoke about my treatment before hand. It’s been one week since my visit and she was right, my skin keeps improving daily. I am so happy I purchase the package of 3 sessions. Jennifer is extremely knowledgable with all skin types . I’ve had Botox, filler and a hydra facials there, every service, every time is wonderful! They balanced my facial profile and made my skin glow and look healthy. This is a lengthy, emotional review, but worth the read as my experience here was absolutely life changing. I was hit in the face 20 some years ago, and eventually the scar tissue on my cheekbone became a very noticeable, hard lump. I was told by a plastic surgeon that only surgery would correct it. Not being ready for all that, a friend recommended this spa to me, but I was so skeptical I almost didn't go. What made her think the chicks who do her Botox and filler could do anything at all for something I needed surgery to correct? Fortunately for me, I decided to take a leap of faith and am so grateful I did!!! Kim and Mamie proved me wrong!!!! The ugly lump is gone! My cheekbones are symmetrical! My confidence is through the roof! Most importantly, when I look in the mirror I see myself, not my painful past. I got all that in about an hour from two women who genuinely care about people and want to help them. They listened and did what was best for me. I could not be more pleased with my results. They didn't just fix my face, they helped me heal an emotional wound. 10/10 recommend!!!! I know I'll be back!

I got one round of Kybella treatment for the double chin that’s been haunting me. The experience was superb. After my consult I was seen for services immediately. We discussed realistic expectations and a step by step overview of what recovery would look like. I am in awe! I will definitely be back. I had a terrible experience wit Mamie. I came in for one thing and the tech was quick to point out all my flaws. She was really aggressive, did not take the time to explain any of the products she was offering me and did not listen to what I wanted out of the appointment. Totally blew me off and told me I needed to fix my face basically. Felt like I was talking to a car salesman. Should definitely work on your customer service!

I recently got my lips done for the first time here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. They explained the process to me and made sure I was numb and had all the information I wanted prior to the injection. The process felt like nothing more than a pinch and I ended up with very little swelling or bruising. They definitely know what they are doing and I highly recommend this medical spa. I went for a more natural look and ended up with exactly what I wanted and will definitely be back in the future for all my beauty needs.

Listen. If you’re on the fence, just book the appointment. Everything about this place is a top tier experience. Even from the moment I made the phone call to book my appointment these ladies made me feel like family. The ambience of the office is so relaxing. Kim and Mamie are the dynamic duo when it comes to fillers…and they have great senses of humor! The whole process from start to finish was just amazing and I love my results. So much so that I went back for a second treatment and even brought my mom all the way from Florida to have Kim correct some fillers she had previously. Good, quality results are worth the money. I won’t go anywhere else for any of my aesthetic needs now because this place has shown how knowledgeable and comforting it can be…and I truly feel so beautiful!

Everyone here is very personable and sweet. Downside for me i doesn't about 6000 getting laser hair removal etc with very little results over the course of year. That's a lot for a poor person especially getting no results. I recently went back to ideal image and am amazed how one treatment there left me hairless and smooth something i couldn't achieve after a year of treatment at the Art of Aesthetics. Perhaps their laser is not for dark skin but i do feel I've wasted a lot of time and money but thanks for the welcoming demeanor. 😊

Found this spa online as I was looking into laser hair removal . Called and received a very informative orientation about laser hair removal and it's process. I was advised that it would be at least 6 sessions for best results, particularly being a woman of color. Initially I was only doing my chin to see how that would work, but combined my chin and underneath the chin after the 1st visit. Underneath my chin saw better/quicker results than my chin, which has ALSO seen drastic results. Definitely satisfied and definitely recommend!!

I had a consultation with Mamie Holas She was able to tell me exactly what I needed to do to give me what I was looking for with out being offensive. I met with their awesome nurse practitioner Kim Chapman and got filler and Botox. I feel like my old self so refreshed.

I’ve fallen in love with the The Art of Esthetics! I initially consulted with Mamie. Mamie customized a filler package tailored to exactly what I needed. I didn’t even have to say too much because Mamie knew exactly what would fix my issues. During my appointment, Kim was so gentle. Kim is to needles as Van Gogh is to paint brushes! You can tell that Kim loves what she does and she works to be as gentle as possible! I felt super comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed throughout the procedure! They worked well, in tandem, to bring back my youthful appearance! They’ve definitely gained a long term consumer!

Ladies, listen 🤩 Ok, this was my first time ever getting Botox; I went in for a lip flip (the picture is my results after five days). Experience: 10/10 Staff: 10/10 Venue: 10/10 I am terrible with names but the sweetest lady put lidocaine on my top lip - seriously a God send. I didn’t feel a thing! - and I was put into my own room for a FREE consultation with Mamie. She was super sweet, answered all of my questions, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or self conscious about my “problem” areas. The nurse practitioner came in and explained the process of the lip flip to me and also answered my questions (I probably asked a million). Everything was opened in front of me and my lip was cleaned properly before the injection. She also gave me a facial vibrator/massager that also helps distract you from the needles. It was quick, painless, and I was in and out of that procedure within 10 minutes from the start of my questions to the last injection. And can we just talk about the venue?! It’s so classy, clean, and literally like walking into a girl’s dream spa! There are pamphlets all over the office to grab on the way in or out that explains all of the different types of procedures they do in the office. Best of all, The Art of Aesthetics gives you discounts for your next round of Botox! They informed me of upcoming events and coupons that I could snag as well. Overall, my experience was amazing! I will definitely be back & would recommend my family and friends here!
