I didn’t plan on scheduling a surgery the same day as my consultation, but my gut instinct told me YESSS!! All of the nurses and staff are so attentive to your emails and questions, and they are always available to accommodate you every step of the way. Shout out to Caunie, Christina, Patty, Shannon, Leslie and anyone else I’ve missed that supported me as a patient in this journey. Another shout out to Alicia and Holly in the OP room for making me so comfortable before I knocked out — since I was super nervous going to sleep. And then you know it, you are waking up from the best nap ever! I decided to also get botox by the one and only Cass, and never have I been met with such professionalism, expertise and for once an ACTUAL GOOD JOB. I’ve been left with wrinkles post-injection at so many other places, but Cass did such a good job that even with my overactive forehead muscles —she managed to make my fine lines disappear, my skin so smooth and my eyes to open up 😍 I loved my experience with Cass so much and had a blast, she treats every patient with the best intention and even recommends what is and what is not worth to do (much appreciated). I literally felt like I was doing botox with my friend, we were laughing and having such a good chat that I forgot that someone I just met was poking needles into my face haha! I’m now considering filler with her at my next appt. (was sooo scared to before but she is so assuring and I saw her work LIVE in person on some of the staff’s lips 💋 which I loved!) and having her as my go-to for everything! I live in the Greater Hartford CT area and for me, this place is worth the drive. Not only do they make you look beautiful, they make you FEEL beautiful, this place gives off good AUTHENTIC energy and vibes because every time I leave this office I’m just in such a good mood 😀 I have a whole personal review and before/after photos for Dr. Passaretti himself and his artistic hands 🙌🏻 so this one goes out to the rest of the team! You guys are the best!

Dr. Liu was so wonderful, caring, smart, and professional helping us with my sons’ forehead scar from a terrible accident. His bedside manner is lovely! I highly recommend him and plan to use him for my own aesthetic needs as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Dr. Liu recently performed a reconstructive skin graft for me due to an injury I sustained. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly professional and attentive, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Dr. Liu is not only exceptionally skilled but also genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and create a personalized plan that addressed my needs perfectly. The consultation was thorough, and I never felt rushed or pressured, which made a huge difference in my decision-making process. The results of my procedure exceeded my expectations! Dr. Liu truly has an artist's eye and a meticulous approach to his work. I also appreciated his commitment to post-operative care, checking in regularly to ensure I was healing well and satisfied with the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Liu. I could not recommend Dr. Passaretti and his team enough. From the moment you walk into their (beautiful!) office, everyone makes you feel so welcomed and heard. Everyone there is incredibly kind and supportive, and everything you’d look for in a doctor’s office. I am so incredibly grateful for my experience, and am so happy with my results! My confidence has skyrocketed since surgery, and Dr. Passaretti took the time to listen to my concerns and questions about the procedure beforehand. I truly appreciate them for such an incredible experience from beginning to end.

Took my daughter (3 years old) for stitches on her face - they saw her the same day and she’s healing wonderfully. Relieved I went to a plastic surgeon who was able to repair the muscle with internal stitches and help cosmetically as well. Thank you!

Today marks 1 week since I underwent a Dual Plane Plication Lift (deep plane facelift and neck lift). I’m at a loss for words as to how to describe my experience at the practice. To say it was a best in class experience would be a shortcoming. I work with some of the top docs and hospitals within the behavioral health space and I know excellence when I see it, let alone experience it! The results are stunning, yet so natural. My experience with Dr. Passaretti was exceptional. Shannon RN was great with my postoperative care, driving me home and making sure I had everything I needed. Caunie was always available and so helpful guiding me through the pre-surgical planning and process. Best decision!

After being diagnosed with BC I was unsure where to start and the staff and Dr Otake made me feel like I wasn’t fighting alone. I recommend them 1000%.

Carin and Cassandra are a “dream team”. They are very knowledgeable and tops in their fields. Carin makes my complexion glow. She studies my skin and recommends treatments that will give me the best results. Carin is a professional who really cares. Cassandra is a creative artist on the cutting edge of all injectables. She asks questions, listens to my concerns and goes into detail on the best options for me. Her results are subtle, natural and they last. Cassandra is a true jewel.

Cass is the best. So warm, thoughtful and honest. I went in thinking I needed botox in my forehead and she assured me it was not necessary and to focus the injections elsewhere. She even used a tool that distracted me from any pain. Making the process quick and painless!

I was referred here by the Bridgeport hospital to see Dr.Liu due to a hand injury. My experience here was very uncomfortable and awkward. Upon me arriving I was asked for my ID and insurance card to scan the front and back. I informed the lady at the desk I only had my ID and my client ID number for my insurance because it's a new policy & they hadn't sent me the card yet but they gave me my client ID to use in the meantime. She insisted she needed the physical copy but took the client ID number stating "It's better than nothing." and had me fill out the paperwork. After I returned the paperwork to the other woman, I overhear them discussing me shortly after. I get called in and placed in room 4 when one of the woman from the front desk came back into the room & proceeded to tell me again that they needed the physical copy.. they don't just take the client ID number. If I can't get the copy they're gonna have to bill me. At that point I'm uncomfortable & I go back to sit in the waiting room looking for a way to find the physical copy on my phone. Dr. Liu asks me to come back into the room, which I did. I asked a few questions based on what the receptionists said..Between every response Dr. Liu paused for about 60 secs just looking, before responding. Which wasn't making me too sure about him operating on or seeing my hand, which I told him. It was awkward in the room, he even stated that out-loud. But once he stated needing the physical copy to make sure it's an "active policy" because some people come and they don't know that it's not active. I decided not to be seen by him all in all. After walking me back to the lobby Dr. Liu proceeds to say to one of the receptionist "make sure you got her client ID number. " & she responds that she did already. I felt awkward and uncomfortable because they made it seem like I would run off on the bill without proper insurance. I am African American & I doubt others receive treatment like that. With the card you can verify (quicker) but you can still locate the insurance policy through the client ID number thus the reason my insurance told me to use it in the meantime & why Dr. Liu asked if she had collected it before I left. What the receptionist said was untrue & they didn't display good customer service upon my visit. I drove 30 minutes because I possibly need surgery on my hand. I left without him checking my hand or scheduling a follow-up visit... I will not be returning here for treatment.

In the summer of 2022 I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I was overwhelmed by the diagnosis, putting together a team of doctors, and what the year ahead looked like. Dr. Leo Otake was the first doctor I met with. He was kind and empathetic in presenting the different options, but more importantly he listened to me. I left the consultation with of feeling of “I can do this”! He was always there throughout all of my treatments offering a sense of calm, always encouraging me. Everyone in the office is extremely kind and very efficient. They are the best!!!

Cassandra Esposito, APRN is a treasure! Of all the aestheticians I've seen over the years, Cassandra is the first to try something new to improve the appearance of acne scarring – and it worked! After hearing me out, she knew exactly what to do. It seemed like a modest approach, so I was somewhat hesitant. Two weeks later, however, I'm very pleased with the outcome and glad that I trusted in her wisdom and experience. I appreciated not being pressured into purchasing other procedures or products. She simply focused on solving the problem I came in with. The other staff members I encountered during my visit were approachable, friendly and natural looking! If you are someone who frequents medical spas or plastic surgery centers, you know that this is NOT the norm. More often than not, these offices are staffed by 'filler zombies' – expressionless faces, fake tans and duck lips. The Aesthetic Center lives up to it's stellar reputation in both patient care, customer service and medical expertise. Highly recommend!

I am over the moon happy with my new lips from Cassandra! She is an artist and knows exactly how to give you what you want and make it look natural. The best part is she numbed me, so the procedure was truly PAINLESS! That is huge as I have had them done before elsewhere and it was agonizing. Cassandra is the only injector I will go to and recommend her to all my friends. You will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful experience at The Aesthetic Center Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa. A big selling point for me was being able to have my surgery on-site and not in a hospital. The staff and Dr. Passaretti are warm and friendly and easy to work with. I feel very cared for and highly recommend the office.

I have been seeing Dr. Otake for over a year related to my diagnosis of breast cancer, which I have had multiple surgeries. Needless to say it has been a challenging year but through it all Dr. Otake remained positive and supportive. His bedside manner is not only professional & respectful but compassionate and caring. His entire office, from receptionists to nursing to office manager (Leslie) have made this process easier and as pleasant as possible. I would highly recommend the practice & especially Dr. Otake for anyone in need of plastic surgery! I also have been fortunate to work with Cassandra ARNP and received botox injections as well as fillers. The knowledge she exhibits in her area of expertise is overwhelming. Her recommendations & ability to make the patient feel so comfortable has made this experience actually fun. She is not only a great nurse, but an awesome person. She goes above & beyond!!!! I would highly recommend Cassandra!!!

I originally went to have a consultation with Cassandra as I wasnt sure what would be best and i felt i had maximized their benefit. She was very honest in her experience with different products and I ended up seeing Dr. Passaretti for a surgical intervention instead. Everything went smoothly from consultation to surgery to follow ups. All office staff, nurses and Dr. Passaretti are welcoming, positive and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I'm overjoyed about the result of my rhinoplasty! I've lived my entire life with a crooked nose that constantly wore on my self-confidence. In my adulthood I realized that it was finally time to fix the problem. Dr. Passaretti did a great job at making my vision a reality. I wanted the crooked nose straight, but still have my nose look like I was born with it. I think he achieved that perfectly. He definitely changed my life with this surgery, my self-esteem has been improved significantly, and I'm no longer paranoid about being photographed at a side-view. I couldn't be any happier!

Where do i even begin??? the first word that comes to mind is FANTASTIC!!! Dr. Passaretti is just amazing i cannot say enough good things about him!! i am a 39 year old mother of 2 who came in for a tummy tuck and i was EXTREMELY nervous/scared but after speaking to Dr. Passaretti he eased all my worries and answered all my questions. He made the whole process so easy it was incredible. My only regret is that i didn't call him sooner !!! i wish i had done this years ago, i feel and look the best i ever have and i am so pleased with my results. His staff is amazing the nurses are so kind the answer your calls and/or emails anytime of the day or night. Coming in day of surgery was so easy Dr. Passaretti was so calm that it eased my mind going in, the whole procedure was so seamless. In conclusion if you are considering a tummy tuck DO IT don't hesitate and CALL PASSARETTI he is fabulous.

I went to the Aesthetic Center to have a mole removed and I paid out of pocket for the procedure in full. Even though the procedure was fully paid for at the time of my appointment. The Aesthetic Center proceeded to charge my insurance $17,400.00 for a $1,500.00 procedure- (Again I had already paid the full cost of $1,500.00 at the time of my procedure). When I called the office to ask for an explanation on how an error of this magnitude could occur, I was not given one, the financial director did not even apologize for this “mistake”. Needless to say, errors like this are not acceptable and come off as blatant insurance fraud. Not to mention a week after my procedure I was asked to email a photo of my stitches to the office nurse to see how they were healing. During this email interaction, the nurse offered to send me scar tape to help with the healing process. At no point did the nurse disclose that the scar tape was not part of the procedure aftercare, or that it would be an additional cost. Therefore, I was confused when my card was charged $48. When the tape arrived in the mail, I was shocked to see that they had charged me $48 for a strip of tape (not a roll) but an actual strip of tape. After my experience I would highly advise others to look at other alternatives and save yourself the headache of dealing with this kind of fraudulent and money hungry behavior.

It is difficult to be succinct about my experience with Dr Passaretti and the entire staff of the Aesthetic Center. From my first appointment to my follow up after surgery, I always felt well taken care of and informed. Everyone I met along the way was kind, professional, and they made me feel safe & secure in my choice. The procedure I chose absolutely changed my life. I have wanted to do it for more than 15 years. I will be 7 weeks post-op tomorrow, and I cannot believe the results. From the ease of the healing process, to the overall shape created by Dr Passaretti, to the boost in how I feel about myself….I would do it again and pay double. He basically waved a magic wand as far as I am concerned. If you are considering plastic surgery, do it…and certainly choose Dr Passaretti!

Dr. Otake preformed my Diep Flap surgery two years ago for recurring beast cancer. At 46 I was very worried about how the reconstruction would look and feel and I can say I could not be more happy with my results! The team is amazing! They have handled all my insurance stuff for me allowing me to focus on getting back to 100%.

Everyone was so kind from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor. They explained the procedure clearly. I didn’t have to wait long. The nurse kept the pain to a minimum. I knew what to expect and what to do when i went home. It was a positive experience.

How do even begin to describe how happy Dr. David Passaretti has made me. The moment I stepped into the Aesthetic Center I felt safe. The staff was caring and compassionate. I had so many questions in regards to my Beast reduction and all my questions were happily answered with clarity and confidence. It has been 1 month since my surgery and I am ecstatic with my results. I have my confidence back. Dr Passaretti listened to my concerns and requests. I would gladly go back if I needed anything else done.

I had an insurance issue and the entire team fought on my behalf. I feel they went above and beyond to help me throughout this entire process and made a potentially awful situation into a positive one. I can't praise them enough.
