I booked and experienced two very different things. Not bad,or weird, but not what I expected. I expected a steam bath, not a trad bathe, and I did not get an aromatherapy bathe.

I got the 80 minute deep tissue massage with Caleb. It was great! He had a lot of knowledge of all the muscle groups and where my pain was coming from. The massage felt slow and deliberate versus other deep tissue I’ve had where they were just going through the motions. I would highly recommend this spa! And as a bonus, they use Eminence face products when doing face massage.

It was an out of this world experience! I had a Thai massage and Lymphatic Drainage facial. Caleb and Patricia were exceptional therapists, made sure my massage was catered uniquely to me and I walked out feeling like a million dollars. I will be using these two for any and ALL visits to come. I was more than impressed and just am so grateful to have been cared for by both of them!! They both have such a wonderful gift to share with the world--they are healers! The spa itself is the perfect vibe. It’s a wonderful place to spend an afternoon focusing on grounding, centering and healing.

This was my second visit. The first was in November. I was unsure about a massage so I settled for the reflexology. It was so wonderful, I had to come back and get an actual massage. This visit, my husband and I got a couples massage. The ladies were wonderful about keeping me relaxed and even picked on my hubbie a little about being grumpy. When we were done, hubbie even said we need to do this again soon. These guys are wonderful!!!!

Booked a deep tissue massage and requested female therapists - but was assigned a male without notice that other options weren't available. Therapists talked to each other through the whole session. One had long nails that dug into skin, neither applied near enough pressure to be considered deep tissue. Left more anxious than before.

My husband and I went in for a couples deep tissue massage with add-ons of hot stones and towels. My husband‘s massage was relaxing however it was not deep tissue and he said it was more hot stone than anything. My massage was have to be hands-down the worst massage I’ve ever received. I get massages every two weeks and I am a licensed massage therapist myself. The therapist that worked on me had horrible draping skills and kept fumbling with the sheet causing him to miss big portions of my legs, glutes and low back. His transition from movement to movement was choppy and not relaxing, and definitely not deep tissue. The individual moved around the table on a chair, which was very loud And he kept removing his hands from me to get stuff out of a heater. I felt like he spent more time fiddling with things in the room than he did actually working on me, even at one point, his phone was ringing. Another complaint was the individuals sweat. I am aware that you can’t help that you’re sweating however it was very uncomfortable feeling his clammy, sweaty arms on my legs and back. My husband and I have come to this location few times and always had great service, however, this last experience was not a good one and will cause us to look at other options the next time we have a weekend getaway.

The shop was relaxed and cozy, yet attractive. I got a long and very relaxing massage and foot scrub from LeAnne Davis, who was skilled, respectful, and welcoming. The whole experience was delightful!

Can’t really say how the massages are. Me and the wife had booked a couples incredible massage about 2 weeks in advance for 9am and come the day of as we were waiting in the lobby filling out paperwork, we were approached by the manager 10-15 minutes after our scheduled time that our therapist is going to be late. Said she was stuck in traffic in NLR/LR area, mind you we drove from the same area just a little further and we made it on time. They were “kind” enough to try and reschedule for a much later time in the day with a measly 15% off. But are whole day was already planned around this massage being the very first thing. We won’t be bringing our business back here or recommending anyone else to spend the $400 just for them to waste your time, especially if the employed people don’t care to plan ahead for their appointments.

I scheduled an appointment for an “Incredible Massage” package. I would not advise this is you’re expecting a true facial and foot detox along with the massage. I could do the same thing with a tub of Tree Hut Sugar Scrub at home. I’d recommend booking a session which features massage only as the service. I was assigned one of the male therapists who was not stellar, but adequate. I was fortunate in having read prior reviews and noted that they will automatically add 20% gratuity, without prior consent, to your total. You will not see this unless you tell them you want a receipt. Keep this in mind..and of course if you feel your therapist earned more than 20%, then leave extra! Really sort of a big “let down” considering that it’s promoted as a spa experience in Hot Springs. It’ll be a hard pass for me next time I’m in town.

Massage was good. Facial was lacking. No facial massage, just various lotions and hot towels. My therpist left and took a smoke break and came back reaking of cigarettes. Was not a Thai massage as I assumed by the name the of the spa and the package, but just a standard western massage. They included a "little treat" which was present as free, but an automatic gratuity of $16 was charged and they would not remove it. It was not disclosed as an additional charge and they did not tell us the tip was added to our bill. When we asked about it they said it would have been included whether we got it or left. The little treat was a cheap mimosa, 1 strawberry, 4 cheese cubes, and about 1 oz of trail mix.

We chose the couples massage and mineral spa/bath and it was wonderful! The atmosphere was calming with a cozy room and soothing music. We each had our own massage therapist and they listened to our preferences and provided just what we asked for. In addition to their magic hands, they used essential oils, warm towels, and (if I'm not mistaken) hot stones. We followed that up with a private bath in a tub big enough for two. It was so relaxing. Best massage I've had in years!! Ask for massage therapists Bob & Lisa.

We had got our Swedish Massage done here and it was really good. Their entire staff is courteous and very welcoming I would recommend this place for anyone visiting hot springs and want a nice relaxing massage especially after long Hikes.

Let me say. I never leave these… it takes alot for me to leave a bad review .. I was so looking forward to this massage. I left so disappointed . The place was so noisy. Two men that work there stood close to the door talking so loudly. Even the massage lady opened the door bc they were so loud. They kept talking . You could hear them clearly. It was so loud. The massage room next to my room. You could hear everything the person dragging the chair around. The music plays over the whole spa. It was so low in the room you couldn’t barely hear the relaxing music. The place was so cold. I shivered the whole time. The sheets were paper thin.. you def need something thicker for how cold it is in there The massage lady, although very nice. Talked the entire time. Her technique was all over the place. Like she had no idea what she was doing. The facial is not a facial. It’s throw goo And wipe off. I put down two diff places and even said deep tissue and lots of pressure. I didn’t get that. I got my skin rubbed . Left very disappointed to spend 200 It was more like 50.00 for what I got.

My wife and I got our first professional massage here. We did the "Incredible" package, which included a 50 minute massage, facial, and foot scrub. We both thoroughly enjoyed it! One warning, though, do not do this in the morning, because we were so relaxed after, that we had a hard time getting motivated to finish our vacation!

This was one of the best massages I’ve had, my calves had been cramping for months I just wrote it off to age,didn’t know I had knots in the muscles but when she got done I felt like a new person, afterwards while hiking the to tower trail I actually jogged up the stairs. She was completely professional and was great, I will definitely stop in whenever I’m in the area.

Tasha was a seasoned therapist for my prenatal massage. She took great care and addressed my concern areas. This spa was one of few in the area to have the table needed for a prenatal service. I enjoyed the mini facial and foot scrub addition. What a treat!

I totally enjoyed my most recent visit to theThai-me spa. Everyone was both courteous and professional. My Masseuse gave me exactly what I asked for. Each time I visited Thai-me was better and different. They have constantly remodeled their establishment making it more customer oriented and friendly. I enjoyed my massage better than any I've had on 20 cruise ships. I highly recommend it as the best in Hot Springs. Loved it!

We went for a couples massage last minute this morning (they gladly squeezed us in) and it was amazing!! Brenda and Miranda were our therapists and I can’t explain how amazing they both were!! We both felt so relaxed, they catered wonderfully to our specific areas of tension, and we both came out feeling brand new. I can’t recommend a place more. Thank you Thai-me Spa!!
