Went to cut off my overgrown hair here after finally going into remission from being chronically ill. I was told to remove my mask upon sitting on the chair despite being immunocompromised. I had already been affected by a careless person before so I suffered from a very long c@v!d infection which costed me my health and pockets to treat as I could not fight it off myself... They did cut my hair at the length I wanted but did not want to cut my bangs properly and left me uneven so I had to fix at home. The lady cutting my hair also commented on my weight, "Now you just need to lose weight" which....??? First of all, you're not my doctor. Second, that is very insensitive as I've lost so much weight from being bedbound for months from chronic pain and illness due to my disability. You would NOT be telling a cancer patient to lose more weight. I'm sick once again... probably due to no proper sanitizing in their workplace. Absolutely unprofessional and ableist...

They messed up my son haircut and they forget to cut the right side of his hair and he asked for a mid fade and 2 inches cut on the top

First time coming in this store, first thing i see was expired make up from the early 2000s.. already getting preoccupied. As I was looking for lashes i saw some that were nice but did not find the price ANYWHERE, when i finally was paying i saw they were 15$. Literally unbelievable. I asked the lady if i could return them, made me wait for the manager 😐 the manager finally was there and was rude as hell for no reason. Talking to me as if i was stupid and said she could not give me my money back, just store credit. Now why in the hell would i want that ? Horrible customer service lol most things are very outdated, as well as the managers eyebrow shape and style 💁

Well it wasn't a good experience the place is hot run down and Lucy can't stay focused on one person im literally waiting over 45 minsfor a damn pedicure and manicure.

Discrimination at its finest. I walked in and was told it would be 50$ to cut my hair. My husband called and got a quote of 12$ in Spanish. This is the last time we will deal with such a shady business. Reporting them to every single entity possible for racism and reverse discrimination.

I went in and spoke with an older lady working there (grey hair, short). I was given a quote for my wife (26$) for a haircut and wax. En espanol. The lady followed me out to the car and told my wife “you won’t get much cheaper anywhere else.” My wife goes in, gets a 5 minute haircut comes out and later tells me “they charged me 45$“ We went back. The old lady tried denying everything. Denies it was her even after my wife pointed her out. Never ever again. She saw my wife’s hair before she cut it and gave us a quote of 26$. Can’t speak for anyone else, but this witch was a liar and lied straight to our faces. As my wife said “English speaking and green eyes got me a higher price”. Probably the truth.
