I loved my massage therapist, but Geoff, the owner, is incredibly rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I'll never come back solely because of him.

I scheduled an appointment for 3:15 pm, but it was mistakenly booked for 3:00 pm. The owner called me, was very disrespectful and, unprofessional, and yelled at me, calling me inconsiderate. It was the worst service and treatment I've ever received. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Customers should come to relax and have a great experience when getting a massage, not to be disrespected, harassed, and yelled at.

It was ok. Booked 90 min, but since I was late by 10 min, I got 45 min only. My visit felt like I was done a favor. Rare to find evening spots. Did not get hot towels like other clinics. This place can be for therapy but not for relaxation as it is noisy even in rooms. Lots of parking available.

First time coming to this place, booked with Dusica, and will definitely be booking with her again. She was very professional and knowledgeable about every muscle and kept me informed on why she was doing. She started off warming up all my muscles then focused on my problem areas while doing a cupping treatment and ended with a very relaxing massage. Felt very comfortable with her. Very clean space. Excited for my next session.

Olivia was fantastic but the male at the desk which I assume is the owner is extremely rude and snippy. It was very unprofessional especially to a new client. The way he spoke to me in front of other clients was uncalled for. I deal with insurance companies everyday as well and understand how frustrating it can be but to not want to help a client is ridiculous, I go above and beyond to help me clients with insurance especially a when its the first time using it. Lot's of other massage places to take my dual insurance to.

I have been going to Tecumseh Massage Clinic for migraine and facial pain for three years. I am so happy I was able to find the right massage therapist. Everyone's needs are different. I like how I do not need to guide Geoff. He is quite professional and knowledgeable and knows how to provide relief in my problem areas. The place is always clean and free of strong perfume/massage oils. Very punctual and always courteous.

Spencer the Osteopath is very knowledgeable and hard working. No experience with any of the other health cate providers. But if you have bone, tendon, back or joint issues give him a chance.

I just had a very rude interaction with a male staff member over the phone when trying to book appointments and gain information for 2 new potential clients. I was just trying to ask questions to see what type of availability they had, but was scolded by this employee for not knowing enough information about my new benefits. We just moved to the area and they will definitely not be gaining our business nor recommendations.
