First time and definitely the last time coming here My usual location is closed on Sunday, so for a quick gel polish manicure and pedicure for my daughter & I we stopped here. I was so absolutely disappointed with the service here. My daughter & I had been waiting already about 10 minutes. Karen comes in & gives me a smug look, why your guess is as good as mine. When they called for pedicure she jumped up that she damn near ran lol I sat there and locked eyes with the Asian woman who had spoke to us when we walked in to determine the service that we wanted. She then said pedicure gel & manicure to me, I’m surely because the look I gave her without saying a word. She knew it was wrong. Karen’s husband who came in about 2-3 minutes after her and her roughly kids start saying yes for their daughter. Needless to say the issue was not corrected. I closed my eyes to calm myself & determine how to react if at all. I looked back up the other Caucasian people were looking at me. Which is sad that hatred runs so deep that they often will watch wrong doings by their people & stand idle. I decided to leave to set an example of how not to be treated. My girl asked me what was wrong & I simply said we were waiting first & thats unprofessional so it’s best we take our money elsewhere. We did & the experience was better & im glad I did not let it ruin my mood, but it was very disappointing nonetheless. Smh

Friendly and good service but the pricing is higher than others. I get a plain mani/pedi. No polish, no extras and it’s $48 (plus tip). I feel there should be discount for no polish just like there is up charge for gel.

I went to go get my SNS acrylic nails taken off and they literally broke my actual nail and used an acrylic nail to take my SNS acrylic nails off ***extremely painful***

Very friendly and professional Leighann did a amazing job on my eye brows. I have never had my eyelashes done. WOW will definitely keep seeing her Definitely recommend this place. Also had my nails done. Everyone is very friendly and Professional. Highly recommend

The pedicures are the best in Habersham and everyone is friendly. I just wish they had a better selection of regular nail polish so I don't have to keep buying my own

This was the first time for my visiting this nail salon. The nail polish that I chose would not dry I ended up going back in where it was redone and again I left the salon for an hour and a half and it still was not dry so went back again this is now trip number three chose a different type of nail polish and instead of removing the old polish that wasn't drying he polished on top of it so now I am home and it also is not dry and is starting to come off. This was the worst Salon experience I have ever had

Amazing french ombre nails done just in time for my Vegas trip by Phong 😍 highly recommended has the best patience ever and takes his time ! Showed him a picture of what I wanted and he nailed it !!! 😍💕 10/10 definitely will be back !! This place has my service, called same day in less than 15 minutes and was able to book an appointment .

I do sns on my nails they are my nails no tips one hand today he soaked off and the other he literally took a nail tip and pried off breaking one nail completely and others to the point they are not round they are uneven on the nail where the side was torn off. I asked to please not rip my natural nail off leaving me with damaged nails and soar also where he stuff the nail tip under the sns to force them off I guess he didn’t have the patience to let them soak like anyone else would. When finished I had to ask for oil for cuticles and everywhere I’ve ever been finishes with rubbing lotion on hands and arms. It was 45 and my nails got broke because he was in a hurry and couldn’t take the time to lotion and message hands like every one else gets. Never spoke hardly a word the entire time other than “relax hand” which was hard being I was upset at how things were being done: really frustrated especially since it was 45$ and he was more ready to be done so he could go out to vape. Which he already had in his hand by the time I got to sink to wash hands I sat back down because that’s when you get the hand massage after and he literally acted like it was an inconvenience to even put oil never did get lotion

I went in to take off the awful nails I had gotten done from a different shop and was just going to get a manicure. Junia assured me with confidence that she could restore my faith in dipped ombré almond set. All I can say is wow! I am in love with my nails and how awesome she made my visit! This will be my go to spot and I highly recommend Junie.

The lady cleaned another person's dirty file in my foot bath while my feet were still in it. She threw the dirty wet file in the box to use again. I left.

Absolutely love this place! I called day of and was able to get an appointment. I went in with outgrown and broken SNS and they were able to remove it and recommend acrylic. Fastest removal and replacement of tips I have ever experienced. Jon did an amazing job, and I will definitely be back!! 10/10

Was a walk in no appointment, and was seated quickly! The man that did my fill in did a great job. I actually showed him a photo of what I wanted and he nailed it! Also was very happy with the pricing. Overall amazing service and love my nails!
