I’ve been a customer here for several years, never had any issues until today. It was my first time seeing a new hairdresser, for starters, when she asked me to have a seat , she grabbed my purse without asking, nor she instructed me where to place my purse , I found it very rude , a purse is a personal item, you just don’t grab it away, I kept my cool , didn’t say anything, didn’t want to be a “Karen”. Through out the whole time she was dying my hair she kept interrupting looking out the window not paying attention to what she was doing also saying foul language, very unprofessional , then towards the end she started banging my head with her hands, to what she said, “so that the dye can penetrate “ ,, I wanted my white hair dyed not my brain!! Then I had to ask for a plastic cover to cover my hair while I waited, she said “oh, you want one?” don’t they automatically place a plastic cover or some sort of cover to prevent from dye running down to your eyes! At this point I was concerned how my hair was gonna turn out, but again I didn’t want to be a “Karen” I then had to get up and ask her how much longer , she had forgotten me , she claimed it was 45 minutes I needed to wait, I was timing , it was past 45 minutes, she then proceeded to rinse my hair , what I would call a shower, splashing my eyes , my back was wet down to my waist , she didn’t place a towel after rinsing my hair I had to use the little towel I had been using to cover my eyes, same towel I my self couldn’t wrap it around my head because it was small , she didn’t bother to give me another towel. I was very disappointed , needless to say I will not be returning for future appointments. Zoila, I believe is her name, the new owner, my advice to you is, to oversee how your employees are treating your customers .

If you are looking for a broccoli 🥦 hair cut or a bowl cut then this is the place for you! Do not get your haircut (for men) here! The lady with the red hair (owner) cut my hair and left it horrible. Maybe she is used to the high schoolers from down the road coming in and getting broccoli haircuts and bowl cuts but just no skill at all! Horrible!

If ur coming to get a hair cut don’t come here… the older lady doesn’t really no how to cut hair…. Go for the younger girl at least she cuts a little better….

The hair stylists are great! They get the job done fast and have their prices are equal to those around the area. They know what they are doing. Although, I was not greeted when I came in and was just being stared at. I did not like the hospitality. If you want someone experienced to cut your hair they will do a good job

Whenever I have gotten a haircut here they cut my hair quickly and at a low cost. I like them more for the speed that I am in and out! Wonderful individuals.

This place gives good cuts for $16, but charge individually for stuff like line ups, skin fade etc.
