Asked if they could do a simple root lift. Burned some of my hair off in the front, but I have yellow roots in the back. Used high heat and straightened but I said it was okay to only blow dry. If she didn’t want to do my hair she should have just said that instead of making me feel bad for being there (I was a walk-in) and having a condescending attitude the whole time especially when I told her I usually do my own hair. I left with bleach powder dried and straightened into the back of my head at the base of my neck. I didn’t realize this until I felt the back of my head burning and itching and turning red when I got home. Then I got charged $145 dollars with an e-receipt texted to me that didn’t show the service I got, but just a custom amount that the stylist chooses. She gave me her business card and it was covered in sticky old dust. Reminded me why I do my own hair, never going to a salon in this area again.

Bailie cut my daughters and my hair. She was super sweet and very patient and just did an amazing job. First time ever coming here and better belive I will be coming back. First time my daughter didn't cry over a hair cut and she said she only wants Ms. Bailie to cut her from now on. Definitely recommend and we will be back. Thank you Tangles and Bailie yall are awesome.

MARENA did my hair! It was a mess when I came in and I was beautiful coming out! She is the sweetest and I will never go to anyone else! Definitely recommend!

Lady that cut my hair did a great job. She actually listened to me and cut it the way i wanted it. She straightened it in seconds. Very professional and was so friendly

LOVE!! LOVE!! LOVE!!! I called in looking for someone to really consider certain concerns with my hair and the challenges I have had with haircuts..duck tails...cowlicks..and wave patterns. I had a cut in mind that needed special detail....or it could go all wrong...as I've experienced before . 8 MONTHS ago I had real long hair and decided to go short. I had it cut several times to get what I wanted and it never seemed to be MY CUT for my body or face ..this kinda makes u regret the cut.. ...so after tons of $$$$$ in different high or low places i finally found my person ..because within 5 seconds of consultation on the phone I knew I was in a safe place. I booked my appointment for the following day and Merana cut my hair. She did a fabulous job. I am a cosmetologist of 13 years ...had many cuts good and bad ...i can feel when I don't like it ..and when I do...and Merana did my hair exactly the way I would with someone in my situation.....even the consult on the phone with someone else was outstanding...completely on the same page . and matched exactly what I was hoping for when I got there ...from when I left and even since. It's been a little over a month since my cut and I have enjoyed every single day ! It's been so fun to have a style that fits my face and body type..which is sooo important! .Merana knew exactly what I needed and I was done in no time ...i can't wait to go back...also, her shampoo was soooo awesome ! Thank you Tangles salon for having staff well on the same page across the board and Merana for completing the goals i have for my hair I LOVE It!!!

My hair is super long and a little messed up due to my being in the military (super tight sock buns and a pound of gel every day, not to mention going to the field and being unable to wash or take care of it for days/weeks at a time!) So I made an appointment and while I felt bad for coming in with such a weird situation, Marianne (I apologise, I didn't catch the spelling!!) Took such great care of me. She detangled it (the curse of curly hair), trimmed off the dead ends, layered it to match the uneven parts of my hair, and dyed it the color I wanted! Came out absolutely gorgeous!! I legitimately felt like a Barbie doll (with their perfect hair) when I walked out the door. I haven't felt this appreciation for my hair in a long long time. Marianne was really chill and fun to talk to! Barbara was also in the salon and working on another woman's hair, we all had a great time chatting! She was fixing her bleached hair (apparently the other few times the woman got her hair bleached it was really over processed and breaking, but Barbara was fixing her up and doing it right!) Highly recommended! Thank you so much!!

Great job. I came in hoping to get my hair done. They got me right in. I showed the girl a pic she asked a few questions an knew what I wanted. Cut an color an she did a little style after too. I maybe go once a year to get my hair done an what she charged me I couldnt believe what a deal I though so I gave her a nice big tip. I mean for the experience you can't beat this place

Have been looking for a Stylist that will cut my hair the way I want it since I moved here 5 years ago...FINALLY found Marlena sh had to work me into it because of the previous FIASCO done to my hair..but she cuts it perfectly now.HIGHLY recommend her.

I wish I could give them 10 Stars. The salon is super clean and everyone there is so friendly. Leah is AMAZING, I won't let anyone else touch my hair. She nails every request every time I go see her. She's down to earth and very easy to talk to. You will not be disappointed!

Salon was ok, could have been cleaner, perhaps other stylists are better, mine just seemed too busy, preoccupied and had her young son at work?? Not ok with me, I come to a salon to relax and get my hair done by a professional.
