Made an appt w Emily, showed up 5 mins early and a gentlemen told me someone would be right with me. Waited 20 past my appt time with no further acknowledgment and left. No one noticed or cared.

This was my first time in Tangled Salon and absolutely loved my results. Emily took my red/dark brown hair color and added highlights and overall lightened my color. She did an amazing job and can’t wait to come back again!!

Awesome experience with Jen! As a guy, salons aren’t always the most enjoyable experience, but this particular one was great. Jen talked me through all of my options and made sure we were on the same page before anything. I will continue to go here and would rate it higher if able.

Emily at Tangled Hair Salon did my Balayage, and I could not be happier with how it turned out!! I came in with a few different colors in my hair from not taking care of my hair color, and I was nervous that it wouldn't be fixable, but Emily worked her magic. I tend to skip around with hairstylists, but I will be going to Emily from here on out! I showed her 2 inspiration pictures, and she meshed them together perfectly. I highly recommend requesting Emily if you are going to Tangled!

I had a friend come back from.this place raving about her hair, and it was gorgeous, so I decided to give it a try. It turn out we had the same stylist. Her name is Emily and let me just say, she is gentle, professional, and AMAZING in her profession!! My hair looks gorgeous, the highlights took her such a long time to do, but she didn't rush it, she took her time.

I have visited Emily at Tangled Salon for nearly six months and every time I go in, I am greeted with one of the kindest souls I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! Might I add she ALWAYS gives me desired results! Emily took my hair from a wonky box dye to a beautiful, rich red! She has customized my color and always checks with me before making any changes to our established routine! Her prices are very reasonable and she always offers exceptional customer service! Emily is the only hairstylist I’ve returned to more than twice because she is consistent in her quality work! She uses organic hair dye which has made my hair stronger and more voluminous!!! We have both noticed the hair dye has actually made my hair healthier! She is quick, efficient and KIND! Always a pleasure to visit Emily at Tangled!!!

This was my first time at this salon. Jen gave me my cut and style. She was incredibly warm, friendly and professional. I provided a few reference pictures of what I wanted and she totally nailed it! Not only did she do an amazing job on the cut but did a stellar job on styling as well.She took her time and was meticulous. It was obvious she wanted it to come out perfect and she definitely succeeded. I will definitely be returning. Jen will be my go-to for all future appointments! I cannot recommend her enough

Called in and got the price for a regular men's haircut then was charged $10 more after the haircut. Sat in a broken chairand haircut was average at best, not worth $45 at all. Wouldn't recommend.

Came here for the first time to fix my daughter's hair. The staff and owner here are wonderful and very heart warming. They took their time to ensure my daughter's needs are meet. I can't remember their names. I believe one of the staff name is Erica. Thanks you so much for keeping her entertained while fixing her hair.

Some back history: For over 7 years I was cutting my own hair because A:it's free and B: It was easier to do it myself than explain to someone how I wanted it done. For the last 2 years I've grown my hair out and haven't dared to touch it with any sort of cutting instruments. To say I know what I'm doing when cutting longer hair would be the understatement of the century... Enter Jen Kaiser. I gave her free reign to do whatever she wanted with my hair with only 1 criteria, that I can still put it up. I had absolutely no ideas for a particular style and gave no direction at all. Not only did she do a great job but she was professional and confident in what she was doing. Seems I've found my go to person when I need some styling done.
