I love this place! I booked with Young for my wedding nails and, when I ended up not liking what I had picked, she was super sweet about it and redid them! Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to, this one far surpasses the rest.

I originally posted about a “Not so great experience” at Tams. I was reached out to via a phone call/text messages. I was asked about my experience, and the lady said she could see it on the video. She offered a refund, in which I declined because their products were still used. I told her I would give them another try at a later date because I wasn’t in need of anything. Today I came back. I scheduled an appointment- and man the service was great. Much better. I understand places have bad days for whatever reason. They gave me the best pedicure I think Ive ever had, and the pedicure I assume people always rave about. Multiple colleagues use them and were shocked by my experience. I’m very glad I gave them another try. Their massage chairs are the best in the area too!

Couldn’t get a service. Had an appointment made. They say they don’t do appointments at that time but have it on the website as an open time to do nails! Customer service is horrible.

Terrible customer service been a customer for almost 2 years Young is the most meanest nail tech I have ever experienced in all my life. I attempted several times to change my appt but their website and phone numbers were not working and she tried to charge me for changing my appt last minute and embarrass me in front of the whole shop after I called and messaged on all their social medias. How can someone be so mean to a paying loyal client is beyond me. Y’all just lost a great customer because of her nastiness, and disrespect! Never again!

I really hate to leave 3 stars😩. Unfortunately I’ve been treated unfairly. If I book an appointment I’m waiting 35-45 minutes maybe more. I don’t feel like a priority when I’m there. They also rush with my nails. This past week I went in to get 2 nails repaired. Instead of her taking the old nails off and replacing them she put more acrylic over it thinking it would fix the issue.My nails look ridiculous!! Let’s just say not even 30 minutes after leaving the nails cracked again. I will not say any names because the good shouldn’t have to suffer for the bad. After coming here for months I really don’t think I’ll be back. I just hope that they treat people better and know that people pay for good service and expect it to be just as nice as the next person. It’s sad because I’ve witnessed people that look like me get the cold shoulder and it makes me very upset. I hope this helps better your services to anyone that comes there.

I was very disappointed. Normally when I come to this nail shop I am very please with the service, but this go around I left annoyed. My friends and I went to get our nails done after we left work. 1 of my friends got 8 charms placed on her nails for $20. Great Deal right? This got me excited. I wanted to get 2 charms to spice up my nails. I was charged $15 for 2 charms. I brought this to Chloe ( one of the managers) and she said that the actual price should have been $30 for the 8 charms. I felt this was still outrageous, because I was still being cheated out of my money. I learned two things today: 1. Is to never trust that this nail shop will charge 1 standard place for each customer , or that they will even try to rectify it if it was a honest mistake to over charge a loyal customer. 2. To never recommend anyone else to this nail shop without making sure I inform them that the prices fluctuate and to ask for the price of everything prior to getting a service.

The experience was wonderful! Mia did AWSOME on my nails. I was searching for someone to do these types of nails and didn’t think I would be able to find anyone but I came across Tams and will be sticking to them!

I have been going to Tam’s Nails since he was at Rose Nails (on and off because he is always booked) I actually love his work but here recently him and his wife/girlfriends’ attitudes/customer service has been HORRIBLE. I go to Tam simply because his technique is good and I can literally show him a picture and it’s done but last month I went to book an appointment and was notified I could no longer make online appointments (why I have no clue because I rarely ever cancel and I have never did a no call no show) anytime I need to update my appointment I call or reschedule online, so of course I called to ask and got the run around. I know it was a runaround because I used my mother’s number, as well as my husband’s number to see if it was really a system fail, which is what I was told by Chloe (the wife/girlfriend ) in fact it was not , both numbers worked. Not only did she say it was a system fail she was not truthful about the availability so I let it slide. I essentially booked my appointment for April 17th at four. Today I get a phone call stating that Tam will be out of town to sign paperwork and he will not be back in time to for my appointment. Keep in mind this is a day before ,if you are needing to sign paperwork you are most likely going to know about this ahead of time. The young man that called me to notify me asked what day would you like to reschedule? I said can I reschedule Thursday, Friday or Saturday he put the phone down to ask him what time on either of those days would work. The young man gets back on the phone and notifies me that all of those days are booked and I can only reschedule starting Monday so I am very irritated at this point. I said OK don’t worry about it thank you. I hang up the phone and something tells me to go check the website again. I have to use my mother’s number because my number for whatever reason is blocked from online booking. Upon checking the website, I see that he actually does have appointments available on Saturday so again this frustrates me I decided to call back to actually speak with him because I want to understand what has been done on my end to warrant this kind of treatment, because at this point it is seeming as if he just does not want to do my nails, and I am totally fine with that, but I would rather for you to say that and not give me the runaround. I called back and asked to speak with him, his wife/girlfriend states that he cannot get on the phone because he’s doing a clients Nails and to call back after 7 (I have watched him multiple times answer the phone while doing nails ) and might I add she did not say this in the most pleasant way. Long story short, if you are not a consistent client of theirs they do not look at you as “priority” or “vip” or just a paying customer. This is how they will treat you. I have spent a good amount of money, and I have also bragged on him as well as tagged him on all of my social media platforms to turn around and be treated like this was truly a slap in the face. I am not by any means taking away from his ability as a nail tech because he is a phenomenal artist, BUT the Customer service has gone down the drain and the clients that you all do not deem as “important” or a “priority” help keep the lights on too…word of month is important especially in small towns 🤍
