I got a deluxe pedicure that was $50. It was not good at all. It said there was callus removal, but there were no callus removal gel, just the standard scrubber. The technician was so lazy so barely scrubbed. The massage was horrible. She kept scratching the bottom of my foot with her nails and rubbing the exact same spot. When I asked her to massagey calf instead on rubbing the same spot on my foot, she gave an unwilling glare. Her polish technique was really bad too. She painted outisde of my nail and used too much polish in just one layer by over painting so it dripped off to the side of the nail onto the skin. The salon also didn't have a proper nail drying station. The station was six feet wide but had only two mini 4 inch wide portable fan, one on each end, as the drying fan. I sat there for 30 minutes with my feet right next to the fan and it could t even dry one later of polish. Definitely would not return!!

Unprofessional management. I had accrued reward points over several visits and at my most recent appointment I had found out my account had been deleted and I had to register again. I asked to have my points readded and the manager refused, and didn’t make it up to me in any way. She claimed there was no way to know if and when I had services, although I had receipts and card statements. In the past she had taken my number down and claimed to have added points when one of the techs forget to add them at the end of my service. She lied, my points were not adjusted, but instead at zero. The services are mediocre at best, with the exception of one nail tech that I see specifically. Overall, the services and customer service experience are not worth the price.

Well I will say that it has ben one time the owner was very rude and i tryed my best to hold my composer cuz baby I was fina let her have it, but overall the ppl that have did my hands and feet did do a good job so no complaints there but that owner needs an attitude adjustment, I don't know who pissed in her coffee or had family issues but she needs to get together bfore she comes n contact with the right one thats gone hurt her feelings, I mean u just don't do paying customers any kinda way and expect to get paid

I love coming here and so does my mother. I am a regular but I wanted to brag about my most recent experience. I had my nails done a couple days ago and something went wrong because my dip starting popping off. No worries though. I walked in and was immediately helped by Mimi who I must say is the sweetest person I've ever met. She talks to me almost the whole time which is comforting because I don't love silence sometimes. She didn't charge me to fix them even though I insisted so instead I got other services like my eyebrows and a pedicure done. I really enjoy coming here.

Seen lot of negative reviews. This place was awesome and I’m a dude lol. Wife and I got matching pedicures, service was excellent for us, best place I’ve ever been so far with her haha

Great place, I come here all the time. HOWEVER, every single time I make an appointment I’m still stuck waiting for like 30 minutes (sometimes longer). I feel like they will give you an appointment anyway without actually being honest about what time they can take you.

Horrible customer service. They had a communication mistake and then wanted to make me pay to fix it after i told the gentleman he was putting the wrong color on my nails. But he acted like he couldn’t understand me. $100 later for a mani pedi and horrible ugly not even close to what i asked for color on my hands. Wont be returning especially if they made a mistake then wanted to blame me for it… talked amongst eachother and found out i was right then tried to say i should of said something after i did but the gentleman kept going. What was I supposed to do show out or snatch away from him?! How about 1 person ask the customer what colors they want not 5 and stop trying to upsell everything just to mess it up in the end Sadly the guy doing the mani did a good job besides trying to push tips on me. And the lady that did my pedi did a good job.

I had a poorly done manicure done here, uneven lengths, not filed straight, tips placed crooked, white flecks under the top coat, and very thick layers of polish. When I went back, the manager said she couldn’t do anything to help me.

I have had many great gel manicures here from various techs and my issue is not with the bad one i just received. My issue is when I showed it to the staff and that the polish didn't cover the whole nails and that it was globular in some areas, she tried to insist that it was satisfactory and that's just the way a gel polish look. Very nice people but don't like that they try to pass this as professional work. Unfortunately because of that I won't be coming back.

My friend recommended this place. I came in on Saturday at about 1pm. They got me in right away which was great. I paid for a manicure and a pedicure. I matched the gel polish to the dip powder (they do not match as closely as I thought they should but that’s not a huge issue, my toes are much darker than my fingers). It cost me $120, not counting the 20% tip I gave to her as well. Unfortunately by that night my right thumb nail broke. They’re closed on Sunday so I waited until they opened on Monday morning to come in. They said they didn’t have someone to fix it and it would be a thirty minute wait but after we agreed to wait they had the young lady who did my original set on Saturday fix my thumb. Now since I was just here a couple days ago I know how talented she is. I love this set. The color and shape are perfect. However she did not spend the same time and attention to detail this go around. My right thumb now is significantly thicker, darker, and even crooked especially compared to how symmetrical the rest of my set is. I offered to pay for the repair as I don’t believe anyone should work for free but was turned down. She made a comment while repairing my thumb that I should just do acrylics without the powder dip. That since my natural nails are short that’s why it broke. Please note I did not blame anyone for my broken nail neither did I expect free service to have it fixed. I know I’m not exactly a nail connoisseur however I’ve been getting my nails done consistently since the pandemic lifted restrictions. I’ve only had a nail break like this one time before and that was about a week after I had them done and at a different salon. This length is pretty normal for me and I’ve never had this issue. Regardless, my experience Saturday was wonderful which makes today so much more disappointing. I know she was capable of doing a much better job then what she did today and chose not too. Because of this I will be taking my business elsewhere. Included are pictures of my set and my repaired nail for a comparison. I apologize for the quality of photos as it does look worse in person.

There was four of us and they were quick to get us right in and they had massage chairs. We sat in and we got pedicures They were definitely more than a fluff buff. They did a nice massage up and down your legs and feet and they spent the time that it took instead of trying to hurry up so very good experience. I’ll be back.

Worst experience today. When service the lady didn’t seem to want to be there. When I ask her to shorten my nails because I can’t have them long for work she didn’t take nearly enough off I ask multiple times for them to be shorter and each time she seemed more irritated. I asked for square nails. They were very sharp and hurt to touch. They were very thick and uneven. Even my boyfriend who knows nothing about nails said they looked bad. Never going back.

i’ve been going to this salon consistently for three years. unfortunately the past year or so that i’ve gone i’ve continuously been disappointed in the final services, yet i’ve continued to go since i do like this salon. however, it’s gotten to the point where anytime i get my nails done (dip with no tips) they break incredibly fast, the clear gel top coat peels up in a few days, they dip lifts from the nail, they’re too thick, unevenly shaped, etc. now i know this is not a problem with my natural nails because in november and december i got my nails done at a different salon, and both times the nail never cracked, lifted, peeled, etc. and lasted soooooooo much longer than when i would get them done here. i went back to this salon a week ago, which will be the last time, and my dip manicure is already lifting, clear coat has completely ripped off four nails, and one of the nails has cracked mostly off. in one week!
