Had my first-ever professional massage here and had a great experience! Jean (sp?) was my massage therapist and she did great! Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Will definitely be back for future sessions.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. My mother made an appointment for me as a gift. She already had an account with Table for One, but staff knew it was my first time there. Woman working the front desk showed me to the waiting room and offered me water or a mimosa. I filled out a form, answering questions about vague medical history (any broken bones/surgery within the past couple years, whether I had varicose veins, sensitive areas on my body, etc). Right at the time of my appointment my masseuse, Sam, came to get me and showed me to the room. She briefly went over the details on the sheet I filled out then left for me to get ready. The massage itself was a 10/10. Sam asked me if the pressure was okay often enough that I felt comfortable, but not so much so that it disrupted the experience. She was able to relieve stressed muscles in my upper back, where I hold stress most, and she provided a relaxing massage throughout the rest of my body. Definitely recommend for those who want a relaxing, comfortable experience while also having an expert relieve extremely tense muscles.

I would have to go out of my way to try and find something to complain about regarding Table for One. From setting up the appointment to checking out, everything was exceptional. The atmosphere, the aroma, the music and especially the Staff were a delight and I cannot recommend them enough. Money well spent.

We just had a couples massage here and everything was great! When we checked in we were offered mimosas which were very tasty. The room was private with two tables in it. We were briefed then the therapists left the room for us to undress. We climbed under the covers and when the therapists returned they only expose the part of the body that they are currently working on so your private area is always kept private. (It was my first massage so I didn’t know how that worked.) You get a full body massage but you can also let the therapist know if there are areas they should omit or focus more on. They applied warm towels to keep you warm and sooth you while relaxing music played in the background. It was a great relaxing time. We will definitely be back!

Called and they got me in the same day. Super friendly staff and my massage therapist was outstanding. She gave me some additional stretches and explained the anatomy of my trouble spots to help in between massages.

I got a massage here in mid 2019, it was from the owner of the establishment. The front desk staff seemed a little dazed/over it. The massage was very OK but I just didn't feel the connection there, she also seemed like she was checked out that day. The checkout and payment process was also a bit unorganized and I didn't feel that warmth that I would expect from a place that is meant to promote relaxation. That said the facility itself is absolutely beautiful and the products were fresh and smelled very good.

I visited this morning (thanks to my husband) and had an amazing experience! I haven't had a massage in a very long time because they kind of weird me out but was pleasantly surprised. I left feeling very relaxed and the massage therapist got so many good spots (I didn't catch her name). I definitely recommend!

My daughter and I were each given a massage as a gift. It was very soothing from beginning to end. I felt a connection with my therapist throughout the massage. I would recommend Table for One to anyone needing stress relief in a caring environment. Thank you!
