The service was horrible. I went in for French tips, short-medium length, with red 3 red hearts on each finger and a letter on each ring finger, I was charged $103, while my friend sitting next to me was only charged $50-$60 for almond shaped nails with different colors on each tip and different colored hearts. The woman doing my nails was very rude, and she was so rough that my fingers were aching for 2 days. A week has passed and when I was doing laundry, one of my nails popped off with ease. Trash service

My daughter and I have been here quite a few times and they always do a wonderful job! They don’t have many techs so if you’re not willing to wait then it probably isn’t for you. Quality over quantity ;)

I have been here several times they always do a good job until about 2 weeks ago the older guy scarps the side of my toe bad never said I’m sorry or give me a discount or anything I always go there so I think I m going somewhere else they should made it right

My nails always look great!! Many compliments from my coworkers. My nails last for up to 5 weeks with no chips or breaks. Excellent nail salon.

First two pictures from yesterday, day of service. Pictures 3&4 from today, day after. He was very rude, barely spoke anything other than at first asking what i wanted and color. The drill heated up my right thumb nail and I’m not even sure why because I have witnessed them taking a lot of buildup off of my nail once and it did not burn at all, but I ended up flinching because of it and he did not respond - nor did he stop with that nail. He cut my cuticles SEVERAL times WITH THE DRILL and did not stop when they started bleeding, just continued finishing the acrylic nail. Also, they usually ask me if i want gel or not. He didn’t. He just immediately went with acrylic. I was thinking about trying gel. He then tapped my hand and pointed to the sink to wash my hands. After the color, there was no cuticle oil or anything. He just pointed to the drier. Didn’t tell me how long to wait and after 25 minutes I just used the restroom and left without being told i was done because this was not my first time being here so I knew 15 minutes and I very gently checked them myself (I would not have had them fix it if it’s my fault but I waited 20 minutes before I did my check). My cuticles are STILL bleeding if i hot my nails wrong and they HURT. $40 is cheap and I understand that but they are also a bit crooked and always are but the rude and pain and bleeding is NOT OKAY.

Got my nails done here a few days ago and literally the same day a few hours later they started chipping! On the nails, you can see the streaks and all. It literally looks like I already need a fill in. I also got acrylic on my toes and the next day it chipped off halfway. Then, the next day, the price updated and charged me more money than it originally was. I’m so over this place.

I came in for a mani/pedi and brought my sister for her first pedicure ever. The pedicure did not last any longer than 15 minutes. The polish was a mess and all over our nails. They also cut my nails down to nubs without asking. I used to be a big advocate for this place, but they have went downhill. I honestly would give a 0 star review if I could.

They done really good on mine. I got the 5D Cat Eye's done to my nails and loved it... I will keep going back and think anyone that wants their nails done they should go there... The picture is now and they been done about a week and half and still looked good. Just depends on which way the light hits the nails they'll be green one minute...

UPDATE: came here with my best friend and they were very rude one lady turned my fan off while I was drying my nails and cut my friend and I will never be back! On the French tips you can see where she did the fill in 🙄 got matte nails and the matte started chipping one day after i had them on! you can see streaks all down my nails, and this one lady cut my finger really deep then proceeded to put some liquid on it. i have a problem sitting completely still and she just yelled at me to stop moving and i was just taping my foot. all in all a bad experience will never be going back

Waited for 1.5 hours and people that got there after me were getting called back before me. Looked at my name on the sheet and there was a circle on my name and like 3 people after me were marked out because they had already been seen.

I went in for a pedicure and a full set of nails last week. Within a few days my nail polish on my toes started to chip and my acrylics all started to separate from my nails. At this point 5 days in I could easily remove them all with no effort and they look horrible. Total waste of $70 won’t be back.

Okay, so I was doing mother daughter pictures while I was in town, and I came to TT because they were highly recommended, and my friend was getting a pedicure while I was going to get a full set. No problem. Now, we get here right at 9 when they open up, and there’s a few people ahead of us- no problem. It’s currently 10am, and I am still waiting. I am in a chair, and have been in a nail chair for 20 mins and no one has even looked my direction. My friend is in the pedicure chair with cold water, and a light massage. The lady at the desk is on her phone without a care in the world, and let me tell you about the absolute awkwardness of this place. It’s the most quiet nail salon I have ever been to in my life, aside from the animals mating on the TV, radio commercials on the over head, and buzzing of the files. No thanks, I could’ve gotten glue on nails 👌🏻👌🏻

I walked into the salon and they took me right away because they don't take appointments. The girls name is Sun and she did a fabulous job on my nails! She was fast, thorough and very sweet! I'm very picky because I've been getting my nails done for so many years and going to the same person for 20+ years I'm very picky!!! We left the salon and I have not been able to keep my eyes off them,she did an exceptional job!!

Over charged what they said ...picked same color for my nails and toes...same for both..I got purple toes and a ugly brown on my nails neither color I picked ..told them said to bad pay....sad not colors I picked robbers...I picked a burgundy for both...

I walked in with a picture I wanted and left with my nails looking kind of like it. I opted out of the matte for a few nails, however the tips are thick. I wanted black tips, like french tip, and the tech said she couldn’t do it because the photo had use stickers as a guide?? For the sake of not arguing I asked to make it as thin as possible, as similar to the picture and unfortunately it just looks bad. Paired with my nails hurting because some of the acrylic pooled onto my cuticles. Not a lot, but enough to hurt. My pedicure is fine. But overall after spending $70, I’m not all that happy.
