Did a walk-in and was rushed through. I asked for a particular kind of polish was given something else. After a few minutes it's already peeling and cracking. Not worth the experience at all

Got a full set on12/27/24 2 days later 2 popped off came back to get them fixed and they didnt even fix them right they was rude and expected me to pay.

Kan did me right!! He did my nails so fast and they look AMAZING!! The whole place was clean and everybody was so friendly! Definitely will be back.

I am not from Virginia & I needed to get my nails done & I came here & Ester was amazing. They were all so nice to me & my kids. Ester was professional & did a great job on my nails. Exactly what I asked for. 10/10

Usually they do a pretty good job BUT after calling for an appointment time I was left waiting for 40 minutes with no acknowledgement and finally left. Took 5 ladies before me for pedicures as I waited even after they came in the shop after me. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I called later to speak with owner and man hung up on me. Crystal overbooks and is slow with customers. They all seemed rushed to get clients in & out fast. Bad experience today.

My nails are not the shape I asked for, they are uneven and wonky and he cut not just 1 finger with the drill but 6!! And my sisters nails are shaped wonky as well! Will not be coming back and would not recommend not sure how to add a photo or I would!

I used to only get my nails done by private artists because the salon experience was always lacking for me. Sweetheart Nails is my new go-to nail place. I have gotten acrylic sets and pedicures there, and both the service I'm purchasing and guest interaction are great. They really take the initiative to ensure a positive experience for patrons. This is a photo of my nails three weeks after a full acrylic set.

I am so incredibly happy with my nails I had to leave a review! I got EXACTLY what I wanted. Not only are they the perfect length, just a little longer than my natural nail, but they are the exact shape I wanted. The nail tech took so much time to ensure that they were perfect and so so precise. He worked so hard to get the shape I wanted with the short length. I’m always happy when I leave this nail salon, but today I am even happier. Great prices great service!

Worse nail salon ever! $95 for my fingers to be cut with the drill, miss shaped and 3 of my toes left bleeding. Stay away from this place!

Ava gave me a wonderful pedicure with a foot and leg massage and toe clip as she has done for me in the past. This has been helpful in regaining strength in my legs after back surgery last year and my feet look superb when she finishes. I highly recommend her. Pedicures help eliminate ingrown toenails which can be quite painful.

They seem to rush every client just to get to the next one. Paid $55 for a full set that I had to go home and fix. One hand was way longer than the other, some were crooked, edges weren’t painted. I asked the man to shorten one of my nails, he said later. He proceeded to paint all of my nails and then go back to shorten the nail🤔 Also went with my friend and our daughters, only one left half way liking their nails. This place used to be decent, but they don’t seem to care much about their quality of work. We won’t be returning.
