I got my hair done today by Suzanne and her daughters!! I got xs singles (butt length). I love them!! Everyone was very nice and they made sure I left looking perfect! Thank you to everyone in the shop I love my hair and I will definitely be back for my next style !

Suzanne's Braiding spot is definitely the place for ladies and men to get there hair done. I went in with a 3 month old hair do , they took the time to take it down and Wash it and Braided my hair, transformed me into a new person, there prices are very affordable for the work that they do to your hair, I recommend SUZANNE'S AFRICAN HAIR BRAIDING TO EVERY ONE. I was there yesterday! I ask if they could do a certain hair style and was told yes! So if you can’t do a hair style please say that and I would have chose another style but they repeatedly say they could do the hair style! I don’t have time to comeback so you can offer to fix it. It terrible customer service. I’am profess business women and if I can’t deliver something as a chef. I will be straight up honest about! I mean this hairstyle is not even close to what I ask for…. I will never come back there. I would not recommend this place to others. I was never told my hair was to thin and couldn’t get that hair style you can stop lying in your review right now. I’am definitely on my way there. Being because I heard the time wrong you didn’t have to take me but you did that’s no excuse for sitting on here lying about something you do not tell me. I woke up today wanting to get my hair braided, I called her in advance to make sure she had time for her schedule, luckily she was able to for the same day and im absolutely happy with how my hair came out. She was so nice and caring. Definitely give it a try if you're looking to get your hair braided. 10/10 🧡

The style is cute … True ! But I had complications getting but length.. or the color I chose I said black and they still give me 1b like forget what I said I said black hair they say 1b … I paid $586 for boho braids that’s not the color I chose and the length but the style is cute and for that that was my experience .. I felt like I was over charged .. For what I paid I could’ve had more full definition to the style not thin spacy skinny with little bits of hair .. they need to add more hair to the style .. it literally doesn’t matter how much money you have they don’t want to do it the way you really want even if they could. I don’t know if it’s jealousy of the look of the person or you want the money and to not nlgive people what they want .. what I ask for was very simple full hair but length color black and they missed all the key factors .. it’s cute the process was amazing there was no hand soap in the restroom and I’m I know I came early that morning asking for boho braids but it’s a pleasant no for me I won’t return the look is not what I dreamed but the style is there but the key things I mentioned were not done properly so for so much money and to do what you want to do to my head is a bit hasty. My pockets are full but it’s a easy no for me won’t return however thank you for your services.!!

I will never come back here again. My appointment was at 9:30am she didn't show up until ten o'clock. She charged me 200 hundred for some crochet braids. She didn't give me the left over hair I paid for. She also didn't fix my hair when I told her it was coming down in the back. That did it for me I'll never come back.

Suzanne was able to fit me in last minute. she was able to get me in and out quickly all while doing a wonderful job! I enjoyed her company. I definitely recommend her services!

I would recommend Suzane's African Hair Braiding without hesitation!    I came in two weeks ago with my daughters as they really wanted braids to start the new school year.   This was our  first experience in getting braids.  We had visited Suzane a few years back when my daughters were younger for cornrows. Suzane was very patient and helpful in selecting hair and the overall process.  My daughters had pictures of the styles they wanted (box braids and french braids with cornrows on the side).  Suzane was very meticulous and the quality of work was great!  My daughters were and are extremely happy with the outcome.  They have received numerous compliments.   Thank you Suzane!

Will never be coming back here again My appointment was at 10 but nobody showed up to the shop until 11:30. She then told me the price would be $380 total and had me pay 100$ upfront. However she didn’t tell my father and then charge him $500 without me knowing. I also wasnt given the left over hair I PAID FOR. And on top of that her daughter Mya was also extremely rude and disrespectful, she yelled IN MY face when i asked for another pack of hair. Worst experience yet. Do not recommend

I came here to get my hair braided as a walk-in and I am very glad with the service. Make sure that you come in to the right building she’s directly next to another hair braiding salon but Suzanne salon is the one that is to the left. Her salon is clean and she’s very professional and friendly and tries her best to do exactly what you want. I’m very particular with a certain way I like my hair braided and they definitely satisfied me.

I stopped going here 2021 because they don’t braid the hair all the way down, they leave at least 2 inches unbraided and then don’t trim the braids. I got my hair done yesterday and I paid $200, Multiple braids are already frizzy because she didn’t tuck, i noticed my hair is out of the braids so I called to see if they would rebraid and Suzanne told me “we are professionals we do neat braids we don’t fix hair coming out” but she had a stylist that doesn’t speak English do my hair and she did not tuck my type 4 hair. I won’t ever go back here, there are people who will do hair how you want without pulling your hair, without an attitude.

I usually go to Suzane's every few months with my sister to get our hair done. She does really good sew-ins and managed to help me put together a short style that I can manage well. Really noce!

I had a appointment set for 9:30 am and didn’t get out until 9 pm that night. Usually when I get my hair done by other stylists at different locations it takes 4-5 hours. Suzane continued to face time with some man while doing my hair and did some sort of twerk a few times… very unprofessional. She stopped on many occasions to start hair on a young girl that came in with her non English mother and took advantage of the fact that daughter was the translator and over charged them for the hair style. The young girl came in approximately a hour later than I did and had larger braids then I did when I left her hair was a little over half way completed. They had a dog named honey running around the shop and the whole time I was there I didn’t see the dog given water or taken outside. The Braider Suzane stayed in my phone as I attempted to entertain myself and commented on things she saw. She even took my phone out of my hand to show her daughter a video I was watching. 😡. I sent her the style I wanted and she totally changed the style and hiked up the price at the end I was so exhausted and emotionally drained so I paid her the extra $20 and left. But before I left I was forced to take a photo of my hair even though I explained to her that I cannot do photos for personal reasons.
