I found this place while looking for something open near by. It was wonderful!! Syeda was very knowledgeable and did a great job. I left very pleased with the results. I got my eyebrows threaded and because it was the first time, I got a free tinting!! What a difference!! I'm definitely making it my to go place. You won't be disappointed

Came here for my first time and I believe one of the owners did my brows and she was so kind and did a great job. She said to come on a Monday next time and service would be half off. Came back on a Monday and the lady who was there behind the wall just yelled "sit down" loudly in such a mean tone. No please or I'll be right with you. Not welcoming. So I was immediately turned off. Then she did my eyebrows and made them SO thin. Did not do a good job like the lady I had the first time. When I went to pay it was full price so I said oh last time I was told services were half off Mondays. She just flatly said No. (I understand if this special was no longer valid but she could have explained that.) I would come back, when my now too thin eyebrows grow in, but def not with the person I just had. Willing to try someone else because my first experience there was much different but I also had an owner my first time so I'm not sure I would be able to get her again.

Came in last week and Syeda did my eyebrow threading and tinting .Always leave Sutra with the best looking brows . Only place I’ll ever get my brows done. Thank you!

I really don't recommend this place i had terrible experience. I booked an appointment for my Mom online and i called to confirm and i was all set .i had to drive 25 min after i went no body was in the front desk there was to ladies one or them was so rude very pure customer service . Without any respectful response Telling me that the lady is not here to do my mom lashes. ( no apologies at all ) the place smells very bad ( food ) and not clean at all i was already not comfortable They are not professional I can't imagine people trusting them to do there faces 🚩 🚩 🚩 🚩

That was the worst lash extension experience I’ve had in my entire life and I’ve had several. I just had to pull over because I was so severely tearing from the amount of glue that dropped into my eyes. I was told it was the fumes from the glue but I could feel the glue dripping in. The lady doing my eyelashes, she gripped my actual eye lids so many times, I’ve never experienced that. It hurt so bad that my eyes are in pain. Like a hundred times, I cannot emphasize it enough. I did not get the natural look I asked for. I asked not for a club look and got a club look. I had to pull some out cause they are so overcrowded and Look cheap. And so many of my lashes are stuck together. So many. My eyebrows look great though

Noreen and swati are the best I have never had this done and I felt very comfortable here. They were very kind and did my lash tint and lift perfect. Along with my eyebrow thread and tint. I will be suggesting everyone to come here!
