For 24 years I have only let one person touch my hair, so since I moved to Florida back in 2019, I would drive back to South Carolina every time I wanted my hair done. Well I was just doing some research on salons and came across Superior and something just told me yes. So I full sent it and booked my appointment with Breanna - and let me tell you she did the dang thing! She was the sweetest and took her time to make sure I walked out of their happy - and I sure did! I will make the drive any day of the week to sit in Bre’s chair!🫶🏼 I highly suggest Superior to anyone! They are great people and are very welcoming for you to come in as you are and to walk out looking even more beautiful!

Andrea is a hair wizard, hands down. She was great to work with and really knows her craft. I received a color correction with lightening and toning services, going from old red and teal colors to platinum blonde with black color underneath. She was able to do what no stylist I’ve seen has done before and completely transformed my hair.

Andrea is absolutely wonderful! I’ve been going to her for 3 years and she has done no wrong with my hair. I have had platinum, vivid colors, split dyes, money pieces, and different hair cuts and styles. I honestly trust her the most and she has kept my hair healthy through it all.

I came in and it was my first time ever getting my hair done at a nicer salon. I was originally a little skeptical about pricing; not because this salon is any more expensive than any other upscale salon, but just because I had never spent that kind of money on myself before. After going, I can say it was 150% worth it! I came in asking for a natural balayage but lacked any super specific requests and gave her creative licensing to do what she thought would look best. Andrea absolutely delivered and was super sweet! The blending is amazing and several people have told me my hair looks great. She toned me more than once without me having to ask and made sure I stayed there until she was satisfied her work was perfect. She really cares about her clients and improving their self confidence, not just getting paid for a service. 10/10 recommend!

I finally made the decision to stop dying my grey and go all out and transition to the grey look with the help of Andrea of Superior Styles! I couldn’t be more happy! I love her enthusiasm and patience to put all those foils and transition my hair to my natural grey all in one session. Who said it couldn’t be done. Your hair is in good hands with Andrea! I did have to wait a bit after my appointment time to be seen, however, it was well worth the wait! Andrea is fantastic and a true artist of her craft. She was very understanding of my wants and gave me exactly what I was looking for and more. Her personality is wonderful and it was an enjoyable experience, through and through. Highly, highly recommend her. Can't wait to go back to her in the future.

ANDREA is an artist of hair..She did my hair platinum mermaid and I get so many compliments on it ..She is amazing and magical .Ican't tell you what she has done for me..Go and see her she is a fun easy going genius..All you have to do is tell her and she makes it happen.Loved the experience..

A year ago she fixed a mess I had made of my hair, so this year she made me look amazing once again. I told her what I wanted and she exceeded my expectations. She took the time to fix y haircut, customize every color. Yes it's a process and it takes time but it's so worth it. Hair is something you can't skimp on quality. She makes you feel at home and like you're there with your best friend. I love this place.

My girlfriend made an appointment two months prior to dye/style her hair, and my friend came in for a walk-in haircut. The walk-in was taken immediately by Dana, who cut his hair immaculately. By the words of my friend, " It was the best haircut I have every gotten". Definitely request Dana for men's hairstyles. As for my girlfriend, she requested a balayage and showed Andrea a couple photos for references. Not only were the requests taken swiftly, it was executed even better than the photos. The main concern was hair damaging; however Andrea's expertise managed to create a seamless style while maintaining healthy hair. It was comforting to know how knowledgeable she was on the hair style, explaining step-by-step what she was doing. Furthermore, she was very welcoming and nice! My girlfriend's appointment was on time, and she made us feel like the only patrons in the salon. I have been to other places where they rush appointments to take in another customer, so I appreciate the care she took with us. It has been three days since the appointment, and with the hair product advice of Andrea, my girlfriend's hair still looks healthy, stylish, and professional. She actually offers the hair products for a subsidized price, which was pleasing considering how expensive the retail price is. The hair styling took longer than expected, and Andrea gracefully stayed past hours to finish the hair without rushing. We could tell that she really took pride in her work. As for the ambiance of the salon, it could use some work, however, it is in the midst of transition from an old salon so it is understandable. By no means is the place dirty. It has all the proper equipment and is clean, just not modern. For the quality of work that the hair stylists execute, I would expect much nicer decor, but I believe that is in the making. I would DEFINITELY return. This place is truly a gem.

I was super nervous going to a new salon and dying my hair black. I’ve never gone dark. Dana D did an amazing job and she was so welcoming! She cracked jokes and made conversation. My hair came out beautiful. I was more than happy leaving the salon. 😊

This is an edited review. I had a confirmed appointment for wedding day hair and makeup (daughter's wedding). The door was locked, no one answered the phone, and the voice-mailbox was full. After calling the number several times and waiting 15 minutes i left. After posting a review i received a call. There was a mixup with a new stylist. I was under the impression Andrea was going to be the stylist. but apparently she had assigned the job to another stylist which would have been fine, if s/he had shown up. Andrea offered to come into the salon and do my hair/makeup at a discount for the inconvenience. We turned around and drove the 20 minutes back again. By the time she arrived, with her kids in tow, we were running late. They were very good kids but it took her a minute to get them situated. Anyway the work she did with the time we had left was very good. We had to leave and I did my own eyes at the hotel while my husband got ready. In the end my hair and makeup was perfect, we were not late, and she did not charge me anything. I was impressed with how she did salvage the situation.

I would definitely recommend Superior Styles and Andrea. She did a fantastic job and took her time to get my hair the exact look I wanted!! And the price was phenomenal!! I don't get my hair done often but Andrea is the only person who will touch my hair from now on!! Thanks again!!!
