Vanessa trimmed my long hair that needed it bad. She was so good to keep my length and take all the dead ends off. She even massaged some nice tea tree moisturizer into my scalp. Thank you Vanessa for being so kind and funny. I will keep coming back. Long hair rules!!

My name is Alicia, I had an online hair cut appt at 10:00 am. Shauna took me to cut my hair, I did not appreciated the way she answer me when I told her what I wanted done on my hair. I been going there for years but not no more I told my daughter and my sisters we were customer there when Karla was there. Not no more I pay to get good service and they still expect a tip. Supercuts lost 4 customers.

The lady who cut my hair was super sweet, but did a terrible job. I paid $30 (+ a hefty Christmas tip) to get home and bush my hair out to find one side longer than the other, and lots of extra long pieces. I asked for a simple cut, straight across, no layers or other fancy requests. That’s why I came here - asking for something simple at a reasonable price… I didn’t get either! I’m having to recut my own hair because I don’t want to pay more $$, but I won’t be going back here, and I don’t recommend this place!!

Celeste was awesome. I have had some bad faded haircuts from other shops. Celeste did a great job cutting my hair and the conversation with her was great. I will be making this my haircuting shop.

I am very pleased with mine and my daughters haircut today. Vanessa was very kind with my 4 year old and cut her hair exactly how I needed. My girl felt very happy and comfortable with the experience. Vanessa also cut my hair perfectly to what I wanted. She was patient with me as I couldn't decide how I wanted my hair and she helped me when I realized I wanted something a bit different after she had started cutting.

Tuesday October 8th. MARISSA AND Vanessa. THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE! THEY WERE MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! LEFT IN TEARS WITH A HORRIBLE HAIRCUT THAT ANOTHER SUPERCUTS FIXED. THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE THE WAY I WAS TREATED OR HOW UNEVEN MY HAIRCUT WAS. I LEFT IN TEARSFROM VALENCIA AND MIDVALE. THANK YOU CELESTE FOR BEING SO NICE. ILL MISS YOU SHAWNA.

It was weird. My 2 daughters and I went to get our haircut and they were so weird about the length being cut. Measuring with a combs and talking over us. I was very uncomfortable

I had a bad experience. The person who cut my child did a very bad Job. She left my child with his hair all uneven and she cut him. She was rushing because she had to leave so she cut my child’s head. She was not professional at all and she didnt know what she was doing. She wasn’t doing her job properly because she was rushing to leave.

Stopped in today and was happy I did. Vanessa and Celeste were in. They made me feel so comfortable, and their friendly banter created a nice atmosphere. Vanessa did a wonderful job on my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and with her expertise she told me alot about how to care for my thin frizzy hair. Thank you both for a wonderful experience.

The worse had a 11:15 waited 30 minutes ask and all 8 people were ahead of me don't waste your time. She was rude and uninformative.
