Arrogant hairdresser didn't put enough dye. Missed a bunch of spots. Insane to charge almost $200 for blotchy dye. Had to send me home with extra dye to fix it.

Came in today for a cut after not having one in over a year. Was a bit worried because most people have a problem with curly hair but, I believe it was Shelby, did so amazing on my hair! We both knew I had to shower and do some style while drying it bc I only got a cut, but it came out so cute! Thank you! Would absolutely book with you again. 😁

Don't bother to sign in prior to your appointment. THe time you sign up for means NOTHING. I waited an hour past my sign up time.

I moved back to Tucson 2 years ago. I was having a hard time finding someone that could give me the haircut I wanted. I found Celeste at Supercuts, and I have been going to the same place for over a year now. She is good and fast!

I’ve been going to Supercuts for many many years. Recently, I switched locations due to an issue I had had. I found this location on North Wilmont and it has been the best thing. I wish I knew the ladies name that cut my hair, but she is very very good and always takes care of me. She is what being a professional is about. In my opinion, I would recommend this location

Had an 11:00 appointment and wasn't in the chair until 12:00. After all the waiting, my haircut was done in FIVE MINUTES! When I arrived I could see that two of the stylists were doing hair colorings. The third one took half an hour to do a simple haircut on a teenage boy! NOT ONCE did any of the stylists speak to the 6 of us in the waiting area with any kind of update. They knew no-one would be seen for an hour, but they said nothing. I could have gone home (2 mins away) and come back. I get that hair colorings take a long time, but there is no excuse for a TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION! And $25 for a FIVE MINUTE haircut?!?!

Do not let them color your hair. They destroyed my natural grey hair. I wanted a couple of light brown places over my ears blended in. The first picture is of my hair before it was turned, yellow, red and brown by bleach. They bleached in places nowhere near the area I addressed and then continued to apply three toners to fix it. It is so dry, brittle and breaking off now from over processing. They got black toner all over my shirt in the back and didn't even tell me. They said they couldn't fix it so they were not going to charge me?? Their corporate office said they aren't doing anything since I wasn't charged. I can get the money for my shirt if I have a receipt? It's going to take $450 to have it color corrected. Have legal representation now. Don't go there!!!!!😩

Service was good. Haircut was good by Jade. I suggest you check in online. I have better luck using my laptop but they do have an App that may work better for you.
