Erin is excellent and listens to the customer's descriptions of their style wishes. I overheard a customer saying that the Somerville shop is closing in December 22, 2024!!! No!!! Stupid move. You have the gym people that need haircuts, shoppers at Marshalls and Star Market get their haircuts there. Workers in booming Kendall Square like me have been coming there for 25 years! Huge financial ignorant move! Update : Stylists have moved over to the Mass Ave Supercuts just past Porter Square T.

This Supercuts location is convenient. Melissa is very friendly and professional, and makes customers feel at ease—it's immediately clear how great she is with children! Noemi does a great job with the finer details and she definitely cares about the quality of her work.

Worst hair cut I’ve ever gotten. Sat down for a total of thee minutes, my hair is in un-even, and they did not take off everything I wanted. Very disappointed

I had a regular haircut. My stylist did a great job; she followed my directions well and was pleasant and efficient, and I am very happy with the result.

I will return to my regular barber who takes about 30 minutes to cut my simple head of hair, paying great attention to ones and using a razor blade to clean up all areas. My Supercuts experience was 10 minutes at most and seemed to just be a quick basic cut without attention to detail and for the same exact price.

I needed a trim and Supercuts got the job done well and without a fuss, for a great value. I appreciate that I could just get a trim without having to do the whole wash and blowdry business. They are completely transparent with prices. I also like that I could pay for everything, even the tip, with a credit card (you'd be surprised how many places still insist on cash!). Melissa did a great job. I'll be coming back.
