Carly is the best that’s all I can really say she treats me like a human being we talk so she’s been cutting my hair. I feel like I’ve known her for a long time. She’s a great person has a great attitude and always has a smile on her face.

We have used Supercuts for years. Obviously some cuts are better than others but nothing too bad until yesterday. This hair cut was so bad that I don’t think this person went to school. It was literally hacked off in a straight line in the middle of the back of the head and chunks of long hair on the side. When we said we were unhappy they charged an additional fee to have another employee “fix” it. I so regret not taking pics to share how bad this was. A third hair cut later it looks better but now all the length is gone.

This is the second awful haircut I've had done at this place. The first time happened over a year ago when I asked for a pixie haircut and received what resembled a bush. I had to get it fixed elsewhere. I decided to give Supercuts another chance and asked for an angled haircut. Instead, I received a straight across haircut that looks like a mushroom. Take your business elsewhere. There's a reason this business is usually empty during the day.

Only place I go for my cuts. Looks amazing every time and the people are always nice. Jo Jo's an artist with his kit he'll have you leaving looking like a magazine cover.

I had longer hair and asked for it to be cut off at my armpit. No layers no face frame just a simple cut. It's just touching my shoulders in the front and feels longer in the back. He said he was sorry for cutting it too short and said he would give me a "discount". Yeah that was only three dollars off. I will not be getting my haircut there again.

Well, gotta admit - not a fan of the new "reward" program. Two negative things happened at the same time: 1) Prices shot up dramatically 2) You need to spend $100 to get $5.00 off for a haircut (so you can get a haircut for what is USED to cost). The people, service and quality of the haircuts remain good. But with the price increases and lowered rewards - I will look around to see what else is available.
