Michelle was wonderful. She explained the process for the cut I wanted. I just needed a trim. Unlike the short haired ,very full figured red headed stylist who rolled her eyes at me, then proceeded to talk smak about my questions to the client in her chair! I almost left the salon! Michelle, tall curly red head, stepped up and professionally took the reins for my needs. The cut she gave me was perfect. Customer service coaching opportunity for the attitudes directed at the customer.
