The two individuals on duty were extremely welcoming. Annie who was available to cut my hair said she had to clean her work station. She did that rapidly and called me to her station. Again very friendly and welcoming, she questioned what I wanted done. Once finished with that she began. Very fast and concerned that she get my cut correct. When she felt she was done she asked me if I she had the haircut to my satisfaction. I asked to have the hair shorter and she got right on it. She was very happy to finish to my desired length. Annie is a wonderful stylist and pleasant person to have cut my hair. I intend to return to her when I need another cut.

Vanessa is wonderful and took her time with my mom. Mom wanted a very short haircut and Vanessa did not disappoint at all. Vanessa took her time and is very warm, welcoming, and caring, especially with my mom having dementia.

I had a great experience here today! Needed a trim while in between events; they had an opening right away, and I was put with Jett. I was grateful to have him; he was super friendly, informative, helpful, thorough & accommodating. I got a trim with long layers and some hair tinsel. He did a fabulous job. Actually all the staff seemed kind & friendly! Happy with the service I recieved. Please give Jett a raise! 🙏🙌👏🙌

UPDATE 01/10/2025: I felt it was only fair to update this review and add a star as the Director of Marketing & Customer Relations reached out to me with an apology and a refund of the density charge. I appreciate a company that is willing to do this when a customer is not initially happy with the service. Thank you! My issue is with the upcharge I received at my last visit. I have been to this location several times but this was my first time with this stylist. No need to call out the stylist as it was an ok haircut. When I sat in the chair she said "Oh, you have thick hair" and she proceeded with the haircut. My hair is not even shoulder length but does have a tendency to get a little bulky in the middle and I get it cut about every 6 weeks. At the checkout, I was surprised to receive a "DENSITY CHARGE" of $11.00. I was so shocked! She said this was new but had never mentioned it until it was time to check out. I had planned to tip her $20 as it was a few days before Christmas but I was just so shocked by this added fee AFTER the cut that I just paid, with a $10.00 tip, and left. I am almost 60 and this is the least amount of hair I have ever had in my whole life and no one has ever charged me more because my hair is "DENSE." I feel like this might be at the discretion of the stylist but the customer should be advised of this BEFORE the cut and not after. I am not discouraging anyone from going to this location but if you are a person who cares at all about how much you pay for your haircut, consider asking the amount before you sit in the chair! Not cool Supercuts.

Wonderful experience! Vanessa was fantastic, had a great personality, and made me look like a supermodel! I may have exaggerated a little on the supermodel part but this facility and Vanessa come highly recommended! We will be returning, thank you Vanessa!
