Super Nails

I'm not one to "bash" a company but super nails in Ripley WILL never have my business again. Lena did my nails and rushed the entire time. I've NEVER seen anyone use a brush to do dipped nails. She didn't tap like most do. She then proceeds to cut my cuticles down soo much to the point they start bleeding. Everytime I'd tell her there was left over dip on my skin and nails she would just cut my cuticles down. Trying to downplay that she messed up. There was excess powder everywhere and when asked for her to clean it up she tells me oh you just need a manicure. She cut me SEVERAL times with the drill. And when I first got there she had an attitude with me. When I spoke to the manager he told me because he already has MY money he can't give me a refund, that place will never get another dime from me. I could cry at how bad my nails look and hurt! Looks like my almost 5 year old did them. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! 0 Stars.

the lady did my nails entirely to fast. my nails are smooth and she also didn't put an apex in my nails. They are also very lumpy. i told her i was not happy with my service and she didn't care to fix my nail.

The staff only greeted white people and prioritized them even though other patrons were there before them. The newer workers are not as skilled and do not do quality work. Very disappointed in the quality of the workers and the environment.. I have to go to Memphis and other cities for exceptional service and cleaner facilities.

I got a different length and shape than what i asked for. Because of it, my natural nail broke off and I have two others that are bruised.

Went to get my wife’s nails done and the lady did horrible . The one all the way to the left didn’t even try to do them . They are all caked up

I came from out of town, and I should’ve just trusted my gut and waited until I got back home to my normal ladies. The man was rough on my toes so I thought he would be better at nails, and he wasn’t. He was on his phone constantly and my nails are all different shapes and sizes as well as bleeding around my cuticle. The acrylic is thick, this experience was so bad that I cried when I left. Wouldn’t recommend this place.

I will not be coming back, my nails are horrible and I did not get what I asked for....too thick, messy uneven, crud under my nails and the list goes on. $50 for a very messy job.

Awful. The woman doing mine didn’t speak very good English I guess , my nails have no shape at all .. and when she painted them , she just slopped it on there and called it a day . This was the worst experience I’ve had . I even called to see if they’d fix it and they y we’re gonna charge me again to fix her mess up .

I usually go to a different salon in another city, but I wasn’t in that area, so i popped into Super Nails in Ripley for my normal dip nails, first off, the tips she put on me were too big and wide, i included pictures of how my nails usually look. Second, the lady doing my nails tore the skin off around my nails causing me to bleed. Third, the surface is not even, there are little indentions if looking at them eye leveled. Fourth, they said they charged me $48, but I get texts sent to my phone when my card is charged and they charged my card $57 not $48 and finally, i left the salon with dry crud, and residue all over my fingers and between them as well as my knuckles. I used ti love this place, so i am disappointed.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Not only did it take over three hours my tech couldn’t stay off her phone long enough to get my services done. She even cut me. Color selection was sub par. Don’t waste your time or money go to Dyersburg or Covington for your nails. Had to give one star because it would let me give zero stars.

Its okay. Been having problems with nails breaking easily. Acrylic nails from here do not last. Seems like they dont really care if the customer is satisfied with the nails being nice. They are more focused with conversation amongst other workers. Stop doing your nails in the middle of filing or painting just to hold conversation with other employees. I was there an hour and 35 minutes over a full set of acrylic nails. Thats not including wait time. Show some respect as well. Talking a foreign language the entire time in front of an american customer and not attention to the customer is a little rude and uncomfortable I would say. Try holding conversation with your customers while you do their nails. Customer service is more than "pick your nail color."
